The service was excellent. The whole team is super nice and really helpful. They even kept my bag for me and helped me find out about the airport bus. The bed was super comfortable, the room was warm and they provided bottled water, toothbrush and paste as well as a comb. It's a non-smoking establishment and my room didn't smell like smoke but I noticed another room did, so some guests must have broken the rules (for some reason, there are also ashtrays around)...The toilet is separated from the shower. Hot water and good water pressure. The morning market with great food choices is just around the corner. There's also easy access to a subway station. And of course it's close to 中央大街。I really enjoyed my stay(s) there and would definitely stay again when back in Harbin.

Good location just along the main road, clean room, comfy bed. No elevator… can put luggage while waiting for my flight…. I like this hotel will stay again if coming to Harbin!

My wife and me stayed for 3 night. Comfortable bed and crisp linen and windows offering views of Tiongjiang street.
The room is impeccable clean with heated floor makes it so relaxing and inviting atmosphere especilly when returning from -26c from outside.
Although no lift provided to go up, but the front office staff is very helpfull to carry the bag for us.
Our universal plug charger does not work and the staff provided us with one to ensure all of our electronic devise well-charged as it will lost power very fast during extreme weather.
The place can be easily reached and most of the attraction is near by. (Morning market just next road)

convenient location, minutes of walking distance away from central and morning market. fairly clean but bathroom is flooded all the time. the young receptionists are not very friendly and flexible with simple asks and requests. the place is not smoing free so the room smells a bit

the hotel is comfortable, cleaned and the locations is very convenient, nearby to line 2 and 3 of metro and the pedestrian street. The staff is really warm!!😊

Location is good and facilities are new. But it has bad soundproofing and smellproofing, people talking and smoking in the corridor, really intolerable. Hope the hotel manager can impose stricter restrictions on these 2 bad behaviors of guests. Thanks

Great location, close to most of the main attractions. 8minute walk to the nearest metro station. Staff are friendly. Would highly recommend.
