酒店顾客服务很好，员工有礼貌，they are very helpful & prompt to action. Whenever we asked for fresh fruit or toiletries refill, they responsed quickly & politely. They also provided daily 1x free shuttle service to the nearest train station, which we find this very helpful.
The room is spacious & clean, facility is new (no chemical odour). We are allowed to upgrade our room with rmb1. The room is equipped with smart curtain control & heated toilet seat, I personally like the towel for their fluffiness.
Overall the hotel is beyond expectation, the only fallback that the hotel is located slightly far from tourist spot, however the good side is we get a calm rest at night & it is close to the train station (大耿家)。

Hanno buoni ristoranti vicino e il quartiere sembra molto felice e dando soprattutto in inverno ~
Altre attrazioni sono 20-40 min di distanza, ma didi è davvero economico.
Buon personale e professionista.
A partire dalle 9:30, non si diverteno a sfruttare il resto del colazione del giorno.

地理位置還可以，周邊吃的超多，隨意挑選。房間整體還是乾淨的，床非常軟，睡起來很舒服，隔音效果也還不錯，空調聲音也很小，廁所的窗簾遮擋不全，個人比較介意，雖然絕大部分都遮擋住的，但邊上縫隙外面還是能看到，可能是因為我這個户型的問題吧，總體來説還是不錯的！當然離豪華還是有距離！

L'igiene è molto buona, non c'è impronta sul pavimento, le strutture sono molto buone, l'apparecchiatura con la sala da corsa è nuova e KTV può trovare il proprietario per la prenotazione. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Tre minuti dall'uscita della metropolitana 2. È molto conveniente andare a una stazione per il metro del mondo di ghiaccio e neve. È molto conveniente andare a parchi polari, isole solari, Berlino, Centro tecnologico e di ricerca. E l'hotel mi guarda portare i bambini. È troppo intimido e fortemente raccomandato per il tipo di camera aggiornato per il tema dei genitori!

The family room was great for our family of three adults and an 8 year old. Everything is clean. There is no microwave or plates etc, but there are cheap local restaurants downstairs. The hotel is a little hard to find. I suggest you ask the taxi to take you to Shimao Subway station (exit 3) and the office is right next door. The hotel uses a high rise building which is still not finished. We asked for an extended check out because my son was sick and they willingly obliged...very helpful front desk, but English language skills are limited. You will need to use your phone's Translator APP. All communication was using WeChat. No door key, you get a code. Very close to Ice and Snow World on Subway. The lifts are painfully slow in the morning.

호텔 컨디션은 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
직원들도 친절했고, 조식을 이용했는데 비수기라 조용한 분위기였고 종류가 많지는 않았지만 가볍게 즐기기에는 좋았어요.
메인 관광지와는 거리가 있긴 하지만 하루 푹 쉬기에는 좋은 곳이었어요. 바로 옆에 있는 수낙몰이 커서 쇼핑, 마트 장보기, 식사 해결하기도 좋았습니다.

Molto belle camere e buon colazione. Posizione un po 'in mezzo a nuovi siti di costruzione della città. Il centro commerciale a 10 minuti a piedi è grande per shopping e ristoranti. La questione principale con le camere era che erano 28 gradi C e non c'era modo di raffreddare leggermente per poter dormire bene. L'apertura delle finestre non ha aiutato e l'aria condizionata dell'hotel è stata comprensibilemente progettata per riscaldare la stanza - forse qualcosa che possono pensare. Bello hotel e un buon soggiorno - non dormivano bene.

WWei MinOverall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end.
Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too.
Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right.
This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub.
Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋
Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking.
The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens.
The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too.
Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

SSoudsathit VandixayAbbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno a Xana, il personale non parla inglese, ma non era una questione, erano molto utili e si occupavano bene di noi e delle nostre esigenze, utilizzando un app di traduzione per parlare l'uno con l'altro. La stanza non era così grande ma funzionale e pulita, il letto è confortevole, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e c'era un tè pomeriggio gratuito al lobby con dolci cucine e frutta. La posizione è al centro della città, proprio davanti al parco Zhaolin e a soli 1 mn di cammino verso la strada commerciale Zhongyang e a soli 5 mn di Songhua River, parco. Se si usa DIDI TRAVEL sull'app Alipay, la posizione di questo hotel dovrebbe essere scritta come ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel.”
In generale, è stata una bella esperienza per noi di rimanere a Xana e consigliere ai nostri amici se viaggiano a Harbin

The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin.
The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat.
Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals.
City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.
