新開不久的一家酒店，一開始還擔心會不會有異味或者不到位的地方，到了以後才發現完全不用擔心，房間大小適中，我們三個人訂的套房，提前兩個月訂的，價錢很合適，前台小姐姐和保潔阿姨服務態度都超好！有個齊劉海的前台小姐姐態度尤其好！！！臨走的那天我們先辦理了退房，在一樓休息處坐了一個多小時，期間小姐姐還來問我們要不要喝水。還主動拿了格瓦斯給我們！而且電梯是要刷卡才能上樓的，很安全。對了，我們入住當天是凌晨一點多了，九點多的時候前台打電話問了我們大概幾點到，小姐姐就一直沒睡在等着我們去辦入住。總而言之，言而總之，入住體驗非常好！就是有一點我覺得前台可以注意一下，就是前台電話有點難打進去，因為前台大門是在一條街裏面，沒有在大馬路上，我和我朋友一點多下了出租車一開始沒找到，哈爾濱又特別冷，我打了三四個電話才打通，前幾個一直是機器人轉接，這一點可以注意一下，其他的沒毛病！
