The Guoli hotel is one of the newest hotels in Harbin, having been renovated in 2024. With Harbin West Railway Station just 5km away and 哈尔滨平房机场 only 15km away, transportation is very convenient. Just a short walk from Ligongdaxue Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Normal University Night Market, Xuefu No.4 Street Night Market and Forest Museum all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Harbin hotel provides parking on site.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Tutti sotto l'hotel sono a piedi. Possono raggiungere la piazza Wanda e la piazza Golden Wan Eli (la libreria di Creatività del 6o piano Golden Wan Eli è particolarmente adatta per fotografare le carte). Le strutture dell'hotel sono nuove, il servizio è molto caldo, il tipo di colazione è molto ricco e molto delizioso, e anche la zuppa di zuppa, haha.
L'hotel ha due difetti: il primo è che il livello della camera è relativamente basso, e la gente alta sarà un po'soppresso; il secondo è che l'hotel non ha un parcheggio, e il Giardino è un sacco di parcheggio sotterraneo, ma è necessario pagare il prezzo massimo di 40 yuan al giorno. We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues.
Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily.
Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming.
The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell.
One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing.
Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

NNidiaIl personale è sorprendente, molto utile e con grande atteggiamento chiedo il servizio di pick-up dall’aeroporto all’hotel, e il conducente è stato il più dolce e gentile! Mi aspettava anche quando ho avuto un grande ritardo sul mio volo. Poi all'Hotel Charles e al personale mi hanno ricevuto molto amichevole e felice. La stanza era spaziosa e ben progettata. La posizione è un po' lontana dagli alti punti della città ma confortevole con taxi o didi. Il colazione era buono ma non abbastanza varietà, ogni giorno è principalmente lo stesso menu. Il menu di servizio in camera è limitato ma super buono, il cibo era sempre delizioso e di nuovo il personale sorprendente. Grazie!

IIlse Du PlooyThe room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger
Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

MMegan LindseyOverall, I am very satisfied with my stay here. The staff was very helpful when I arrived; they assisted me with signing up for the local health code app and when I needed to find a location to test before leaving Harbin the provided me with an address and phone number for the local test center.
Major Pros:
- Bed is Super comfortable, clean and they provide you with 3 different types of pillows (each filled with a different material) perhaps for finding your best fit...
- 2 bottles of water free per day and a hot water kettle
- Paraben free shampoo and body wash & toothbrush
- heating in the room is super warm
- Incredible location... central so you are not far from any attraction 2 hour walk (in winter) to iceland and only like 10 rmb taxi ride back to hotel from there... 3 hour walk to tigers. and again 10-15 rmb back to hotel... 15-20 minute walk to Sophia's Cathedral and the shopping food street. Dragon tower less than an hours walk.
Cons:
- No Hot Water :( Neither in the sink nor the shower... I ran it both directions for several minutes... ice cold... had to shower my hair and then towel wash my body because it was too cold... biggest con.
- No breakfast available... not even for a charge... food room in picture was not seen during my stay... not sure if this was because of the Holiday or what... but I was there 5 nights...
- Sink was marble like material and had clearly broken in half. It was glued back together and then taped to hold it back in place.... not an issue... just strange.
SORRY I had intended to take more photos but I forgot.
Great place if you don't need luxury. Very comfortable stay.

ZZee SangsFrom the moment I stepped out of the car and into the villa, I felt like I was home. The hosts are an old couple who somehow reminded me of my parents. Their care and hospitality is admirable, you could tell that they have experience in hosting people into their home and it’s now part of their nature. They are very helpful.
Initially I booked one night online, but upon my arrival looking at the place how clean, beautiful, spacious and peaceful it was and coupled with the fact that my hosts were so welcoming. I then decided to book another night directly with the hotel.
They even asked if I needed my room cleaned the following day, which I appreciate.
The location is also very convenient for skiing it’s a 15 minutes drive to the Yabuli ski resort and the hotel arranged everything for me at a good discount. From the ski tickets, costumes and transportation, I did not have to stress about it. All I had to do was pay, show up and have fun in the snow!
I really appreciate their hospitality and great service. I’ll definitely come back next winter but with a group of friends this time around! It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer and explore the area.
Skiing ticket including clothes and skiiing gear- 200 (online it costs 248rmb) but the hotel has an agreement with the ski resort.
Transportation return- 60 rmb

The hotel also provided a tasty North eastern breakfast only for 10rmb. The restaurants nearby are scarce and a tad bit expensive so having one meal checked off really helped.

MMark GBRLa prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto 👍 e un buon soggiorno. Vicino a quello che volevamo, ma in una posizione tranquilla. Sembra meno controllare e la stanza è completamente attrezzata e ben decorata. Il tè pomeriggio gratuito è anche un bel toccamento. In generale non ci sono negativi. Il prezzo è lo stesso di altri grandi hotel a Harbin, ma offre un senso più rilassato.Mia moglie ha detto che il colazione era buono 👍

WWangxiangyinOgnuno di noi ha uno scopo quando viaggia, che è incontrare nuovi amici, trovare un posto per l'anima, rilassarsi e ampliare le proprie conoscenze. Per quanto mi riguarda, spero di trovare un posto accogliente, che potrebbe non essere come un cinque stelle hotel. L'hotel è altrettanto lussuoso, ma proprio come i cavalieri di tutto il mondo nel romanzo, condividono le loro vite e intuizioni diverse tra loro. Spero che altri partner che la pensano allo stesso modo siano destinati a venire qui.

UUtente ospite櫃枱職員找不到我的訂單 ，花了大約10分钟才安排到房間給我,雖然是這樣,前台職員很有禮貌及很盡力幫忙,非常感謝！上到房間有3位職員正在繁忙地舖第3張床（梳化床），我告知他們我們只有2人，不需要第3張床，但可以不須要還原原本的梳化。我們放下行李就離開房間，不想阻擾他們在我房內工作。晚飯回房, 發現房門依然大開， 但並沒有人在房裡， 雖然我知道酒店很安全，但門大開，並没有人在裡面，始終有点兒不好。房間裝修算不錯，眼見到的地方算清潔（床下底有很多塵）, 洗手間內的厕紙並不是新一卷，因只剩下一少半（不夠半卷）。電視不能接收电視台節目，只能收看收費節目或指定免費節目，前台安排维修人員（沒帶口罩）處理，他按了幾按电視搖控，叫我們看直播台吧（直播帶貨那一種），然後他開口咳了兩聲說自己感冒，急腳地走了！电視問題沒有解決，還在我房間散播病菌 ,實在不能容忍！我立刻不管室外零下十幾廿度，打開窗（幸運窗能打開）,希望多新鮮空氣入房，。然後打电话去前台要求換房， 但沒有空房，叫她找人消毒房間，她说沒有，還問我怎樣消毒！我無辦法之下，找trip.com處理, trip.com客服非常高效率,立即跟洒店聯絡, 安排了一个非常有禮貌及帶口罩的職員帶酒精到我房噴, 還送了一对公仔做小禮物!酒店最重要衛生安全,提供一个舒適安全環境給住客, 並不是散播病菌的地方。洗澡間熱水只能洗澡25分钟，（事實上大約15分鐘水已經很涼）,再次加熱要45分鐘，非常不方便！只怪我們沒有洗澡前留意檣上指示。早餐尚算多選擇而且美味！但衛生方面有代改進， 食物抬下的碟竟然有條毛，非常嘔心！其中一位餐廳人員竟然面向一盘抄飯咳。酒店非常近滑雪場，非常好！酒店中餐廳食物美味，分量大， 价錢非常合理！

XXiaogenihao233Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
