地理位置:民宿位置樓下葯店，超市都有很方便，地鐵也不遠，網約車也很方便，一眼望去最好的樓就是了，非常好找，小區管理也很好，住在裏面很安靜安全。 入住感受:乾淨!房間感覺就是自住一樣，裝修和打掃的很好，這次出行帶着4個好朋友，爾濱冷，但是屋子熱乎乎，另外值得一提的是，他們家的床墊和被子特別舒服，床墊軟軟彈彈，被套也很柔和，睡得非常好。 房東服務:房東大哥熱情!特別好溝通，敞亮爾濱大哥，第一天入住時去早了，跟房東溝通是否可以提前入住，很快就響應並交接了手續。 這次的入住整體非常滿意!感謝房東解答了我的很多疑問，也提供了很多便利，如果下次再來，我還會再住這裏。

很好的一次入住體驗，這個價位訂到了一個浴缸房，房間非常乾淨，設施也很完善，前台還送了礦泉水，投影也不是特別便宜糊弄人的投影，是激光投影非常清晰，流暢度也很好，最主要離地鐵不是很遠，下次冬天旅遊還會選擇這，可以説性價比很高了
