Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️
