Lizzy is very nice hotel, their services are top notch. Ms 张岩 front desk and the concierge manager are very friendly and helpful to fulfill all your requests and more than required. Thanks to both of them who made my stay memorable. Best hotel and services in all my China stays. Will definitely come back when in Harbin. High tea and breakfast are delicious.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Yufeng durante la mia visita a Harbin, ed è stata una piacevole esperienza in generale. La posizione dell'hotel è senza dubbio il suo punto più forte, situato a pochi passi dalla strade centrale e dalla cattedrale iconica di Saint Sophia, che ha reso incredibilmente conveniente esplorare i punti di vista della città.

Jingu Hotel is the best hotel for 1st timers like me!I Love this hotel so much!so convenience, clean and most importantly located at centre of Zhongyang Street!very Even it's hard to communicate but an effort from receptionist using translator is so great!keep it up the good service

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Bella hotel e vicino a tutto! Il personale è molto attento e prende cura di noi. La signorina Air ci ha aiutato molto bene durante il colazione. Il signor Max e il signor Neil alla ricezione ci hanno aiutato molto con le direzioni e le comunicazioni con i conducenti di taxi. Il personale qui non parla bene inglese, ma hanno il modo di comunicare bene con noi, dove vediamo molto utile e apprezzato. Se visitamo Harbin di nuovo, rimarremo certamente qui di nuovo! Hotel carino, personale carino, buona posizione, fantastico colazione e prezzo ragionevole.

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

La prenotazione di ultimo minuto come programma deve essere rischedulato a causa della chiusura della strada di neve tempesta a Yabuli/Xuexiang. L'hotel è arrivato dopo mezzanotte e ha lasciato dopo un buon sonno 5-6 ore. Camera piuttosto cramp ma buono per i viaggiatori di bilancio. La camera e il letto puliti sono comodi. Il personale era molto utile, super dolce e amichevole. Aiuto prenotazione DIDI a 731 Museo di ritorno prima di volare al paese di origine. La distanza dal mercato mattinale è entro 5-7 min a piedi. Sì! Sicuramente raccomandato di rimanere. Buon ospite!

Harbin Zhenning hotel is conveniently located near Zhongyang Da Jie but at the same time tucked at a quiet corner where you won’t be disturbed by the noise! Pleasantly surprised by the small gifts from the hotel upon check-in as well as check-out! ☺️ Although the room is not big, it was sufficient for the two of us and we wouldn’t ask for more for the price we paid at the peak of the year end holidays! Overall, highly recommended for those of you visiting Harbin!
