My travel companion and I loved our 5D4N hotel stay. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing in a classy way which elevates the experience. The hotel is very clean and well-managed by polite and helpful staff who assisted in different aspects of our stay, from enquiries, baggages and bookings to housekeeping and breakfast experience. What you see in the photos is what you get. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Excellent location: A minute's walk from Zhongyang Street and right next to the famed Laochujia restaurant and several other eateries. No lack of food and shopping day or night if you stay in this hotel. For those who prefer a slower day, it's a short walk from Lizzy to Zhaolin Park.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

La donna delle pulizie è molto brava, vedendo che eravamo rimasti senza acqua, ha preso mezza scatola d'acqua e ce lo ha detto l'acqua dell'hotel è gratuita, altrimenti avremmo pensato che volessi comunque uscire e comprarmela io stesso a pagamento. La sera c'era uno spuntino a tarda notte, ma ho detto che non l'avrei mangiato. La reception ha detto che c'era della frutta, quindi puoi andare a mangiare la frutta. L'impiegato è stato molto onesto e ce n'era parecchia prodotti per la colazione, inclusi porridge, wonton, patatine fritte, riso fritto, noodles, pane, caffè, latte, latte di soia, troppo, non posso più mangiarlo, nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto

UUtente ospiteHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

SSoudsathit VandixayAbbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno a Xana, il personale non parla inglese, ma non era una questione, erano molto utili e si occupavano bene di noi e delle nostre esigenze, utilizzando un app di traduzione per parlare l'uno con l'altro. La stanza non era così grande ma funzionale e pulita, il letto è confortevole, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e c'era un tè pomeriggio gratuito al lobby con dolci cucine e frutta. La posizione è al centro della città, proprio davanti al parco Zhaolin e a soli 1 mn di cammino verso la strada commerciale Zhongyang e a soli 5 mn di Songhua River, parco. Se si usa DIDI TRAVEL sull'app Alipay, la posizione di questo hotel dovrebbe essere scritta come ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel.”
In generale, è stata una bella esperienza per noi di rimanere a Xana e consigliere ai nostri amici se viaggiano a Harbin

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

L'hotel va alla cattedrale per qualche minuto. E'piu' conveniente, il rapporto prezzo è buono.
L'hotel dovrebbe aprire molto tempo, la stanza non è grande, c'è un po'di lode, e'che l'acqua è molto pulita!L'atteggiamento del cameriere dell'hotel è buono.

Tuttavia, ciò che mi ha colpito più è stato il servizio del personale, specialmente l'assistente Cheung. Il suo servizio era impeccabile, sempre sorridente e molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Cheung era sempre professionale e entusiasta, sia che ci controllasse, offrisse consigli di viaggio locali o affrontasse le nostre diverse esigenze. Grazie all'assistente Cheung, il nostro soggiorno è stato eccezionalmente piacevole! Molto consigliamo questo hotel, e sicuramente lo scelgeremo di nuovo la prossima volta.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, il dipendente che lavora all'Hotel Sun Castle Resort è molto bello, utile e amichevole, ci aiuta con le difficoltà che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro soggiorno. A causa delle barriere linguistiche, era paziente nel tradurla a noi e nonostante la folla che lo ha fatto entrare e fare impegnativo, si occupava di una per l'altra con classe, professionalità e aiuto di ogni persona. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e vacanza a Harbin. Grazie mille per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una grande. Lo apprezzeremo 10/10

XXiaogenihao233Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
