Hotel a 4 stelle a Hanoi Ba Đình

La parte migliore del soggiorno è stata Frank e Mia alla reception, che si sono assicurati che avessimo tutto, hanno organizzato tour, autisti, moto e si sono assicurati che fossimo sempre felici! Per quanto riguarda l'hotel: Ottima posizione nel centro storico ed è un hotel nuovo (6 mesi), quindi i servizi e la biancheria erano nuovissimi. La camera superior è minuscola, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare un upgrade per il giorno successivo. La colazione è semplice e sufficiente e il personale di servizio in cucina è stato fantastico.

L'alloggio era spazioso, che era grande. È stato conveniente avere un frigorifero e una lavatrice, e l’inversore ha fatto possibile la cucina. Il personale era amichevole, e mi piaceva che fosse vicino a Lotte e Vincom Plaza.

L'hotel è innegabilmente fantastico e un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il personale dell'hotel Minh Han è professionale e ha fatto sì che il soggiorno fosse come a casa. È raro trovare un servizio eccellente come quello di Minh Han al giorno d'oggi. Strutture, igiene e servizio sono tutti di prim'ordine. La stanza è estremamente spaziosa e con un'ottima illuminazione. Anche la finestra sul soffitto ha migliorato l'esperienza culturale di Hanoi! Soggiornerò sicuramente al Five Suite Lilas piuttosto che nel quartiere vecchio.

È stato fantastico. Prima di tutto, era spazioso, grande e arioso. La posizione era un po' fuori mano, ma dato che avevamo comunque un'auto, non importava. L'acqua veniva sempre rifornita, gli asciugamani erano ben forniti e, sebbene sembrasse un po' datato, aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico senza alcun inconveniente. Lo consiglio vivamente! E la cosa migliore è che a colazione servivano kimchi e stufato di kimchi, che è un ottimo stufato di kimchi. Altamente consigliato per i coreani!

Molto buono e amichevole personale di fronte, servizio in camera è veloce su richiesta, la drenaggio della doccia non è così efficace, facilmente inondata nel doccia.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The owner was so kind. She welcomed us warmly, showed us how everything worked, and even helped us with transportation and local tips. Thanks to her, we discovered some amazing places in Hanoi! The apartment itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Stayed with my mum and aunt — they really enjoyed shopping for fresh ingredients at the nearby morning market and cooking in the apartment. The place is well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making it very convenient for longer stays. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Since this is an apartment-type accommodation, it’s important to contact the host in advance to arrange check-in.

What a delightful stay. We stayed four nights and were given 10 star treatment. Alice in reception welcomed us with tea and spent time helping us build an itinerary for our stay. She compiled a list for us of places to visit, places to eat and things to do to make our trip eventful from the onset. The complimentary spa treatment was amazing and so relaxing. The hotel is clean, breakfast was superb and all staff are very attentive to your every need. I've stayed in many hotels but by far this is the only one where staff go above and beyond their duty. Definitely recommended for a memorable stay in Hanoi.
