Hotel a 3 stelle a Hanoi Ba Đình

The hotel is basically new, everything is beautifully clean, the rooms even though are the basic are really spacious and with all the amenities , the breakfast is decent with local food, the terrace is a nice place to hang out and relax, the people in the front desk are really nice and able to help you always, great option to stay in Hanoi

Excellent! Newly refurbished, clean and spacious. Smart TV. Not centrally located, but in a nice area (next to the embassies of Japan and Australia). Huge Lotte shopping center with a fantastic supermarket a few minutes away. Great value for money, highly recommended!

ตอนเข้าพักช่วงที่ไปตึกกำลังเรียนโนเวทใหม่  ห้องใหญ่ มีอ่างอาบน้ำมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันแบบคอนโดเลยคือมีทั้งเครื่องซักผ้ามีทั้งอ่างอาบน้ำมีทีวีที่สามารถดู YouTube ดู Netflix ได้แล้วก็สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับโทรศัพท์เราได้มีไมโครเวฟมีฮู้ดดูดฟันมีตู้เย็นมีเตากาน้ำร้อนแถมยังมีหม้อหุงข้าวให้ด้วยน่ารักมาก 

phòng sạch sẽ, rộng, thoáng, nội thất mới, đầy đủ dụng cụ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, bạn nào đang tìm home có chỗ nấu ăn, chill ở HN thì highly recommend home của 22 housing, mình đã ở gần hết rồi, lúc nào cũng hài lòng

Very friendly service from Henry at front desk and always seeking ways to recommend assistance for tours and transport. On arrival, our two rooms were not available and we were allocated a small family room for our 4 nights. As this was not what we had requested or paid for, we asked for our separate rooms to be assigned. Was informed that hotel was fully booked and this was only option.. In the end, we were offered a family room and deluxe room for night one, share a family room on night 2 and and then family and deluxe for last 2 nights. Rooms that were not available, seem to become available. Keep in mind there are 3 Queen Cafe Hotels in Hanoi and can be easily confused with booking taxis or tours. Bathroom was a good size.

Great place to stay!!!! The room is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The comfortable interior makes me feel at home. Enthusiastic staff, always willing to help. Thank you for giving me a wonderful experience 🥰

Il popolo non è difficile da trovare nel piccolo negozio. L'ambiente è tranquillo. Ci sono molti ristoranti giapponesi, negozi e bar vietnamiti fuori dal negozio.La stanza è pulita, l'apparecchiatura è completa, l'aria condizionata non ha rumore, acqua calda e potente, il segnale Wifi è forte, non c'è niente da sfidare, resteremo la prossima volta.

性價比還是很不錯的，在這個地區的酒店算便宜，需要的設施也都有。 但晚上出去活動不太方便，關門之後需要喊門衞大哥開門，還沒門鈴。我半夜check out，辦完之後上出租車發現有東西忘拿了，2分鐘後喊大叔開門喊了一分鐘也沒人理。衹有自己走了。 所以對自由出入有要求的還是慎重。

La posizione è comoda, il balcone ha una vista meravigliosa e il valore Cp è alto Ci tornerò la prossima volta. comunque Il cuscino è molto buono, che marca è?

I love the place and the services. The hotel receptionist/housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides sim card and motor bike rent. They also booked a sleeper bus to Sapa. Overall I am happy to stay there. Street view room also good.
