Excellent Stay with a Lake View and Exceptional Service I stayed in an executive room facing the street, offering a rustic and restricted view of the lake. The room was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the hotel staff—they provided top-notch service and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Communication was a breeze as everyone spoke English fluently. The location couldn’t have been better—just perfect for leisurely strolls around Hoan Kiem Lake and easy access to the vibrant Old Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Ci sono tre supermercati, caffè e ristoranti vicino all'hotel.Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli.C'è fumo prima dell'entrata dell'hotel. ２ Ho vissuto tutta la notte con un amico. Disavanzi Ho scelto qui perché Trip.com ha una descrizione [nuova fondata 2023], foto molto bella e ha un elettrofoto.Ma nel 2023 è stato rinnovato???... Ci sono vietnamita, ma nelle vecchie strutture, il tubo di bagno puzza un po'... Nessun elettrofono è trasferito nella stanza!!!! ３ Il personale ha portato il bagaglio al piano di sopra, ma è difficile lasciare la stanza. Posso prendere un auto dall'aeroporto, ma sembra che il nome sia cambiato al momento della ristrutturazione, quindi se copia l'indirizzo del viaggio, arriverai in un altro posto.Anche se è vicino. Se si invia [hotel a piedi], questo è l'indirizzo di Google e così via. Devo avere un nuovo edificio accanto [Maro Hotel], quindi è meglio arrivare dall'indirizzo lì.Pensavo fosse un nuovo hotel, quindi ho lasciato un taxi, quindi sono entrato per la prima volta in quel hotel, ma è molto bello, il personale è molto nuovo. Inoltre, quando sono tornato in Giappone, non sono riuscito a chiamare la battaglia, quindi ho dovuto fare circa 300 metri a destra con la valigia e poi camminare sulla strada piena di moto, quindi è difficile tornare a casa... E'un buon posto per il turismo.

Ted and Grace are really helpful for us . The hotel lactation is very convenient, shopping , food , coffee , in the center of old quarter , the breakfast is good too :)

저렴하게 경유하고 가려고 예약했는데…제가 예약한 숙소는 찼다고 다른호텔로 갔어요. 근데 창문 하나 없는 꼭대기 방… 두명뿐인데 넓으면 뭐하나요… 그냥 좀 답답했지만 하루 묵고 간거라 별 이야기 안했습니다. 그래도 좀 찝찝하고 환기한번 안된 곳이라 별로였어요 ㅠㅠ 근처에는 먹을 곳이 엄청 많아요.

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione. Vicino all'area comunitaria, vicino al lago, la stanza è piccola ma non angusta. Il prezzo è accettabile, non molto alto. La colazione è davvero suggestiva. Si ordina dal menu. Grande piatto di burra burra Se vengo di nuovo ad Hanoi, prenoterò qui. È bello. Vieni e resta.

Good location, near Hoam Kiem Lake and Old Quarters. Standard Room is small for 2 persons but still okey. Room facilities are quite old, bed is slightly hard.

Stayed 2D1N over at La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel, i would say this is the best hotel i ever stayed. Firstly, we were welcomed by Silvia who were very friendly and explained everything in details to us patiently. The room was nicely decorated and was huge with basic complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea. Only thing here was that there were chargeable drinks in the fridge but now price list put up, so do take note of it. Other than this, everything else was perfect. Breakfast was delicious as well. All in all, good location, room and fantastic service. Thank you!
