Ottima posizione e camera economica. La maniglia della finestra era rotta, non riuscivo a chiuderla. Evitate di mangiare in stanza arrivano in un attimo le formiche! Lo staff è molto gentile

È davvero bello soggiornare in questo hotel. Posizione strategica nel cuore della città vecchia. Il proprietario è davvero disponibile. Ed è stato molto bello soggiornare in questo hotel per la mia prima visita in Vietnam. Spero di poterci tornare la prossima volta.

Dopo aver soggiornato al Melia Hanoi per 2 notti, sono partito la mattina presto, quindi l'ho scelto per risparmiare, ed era poco più di 2.400 yen a camera. Ottima posizione! La maggior parte dei posti in cui voglio andare può essere raggiunta a piedi È solo un hotel economico, quindi non c'è l'ascensore. C'è una finestra, ma la vista è quasi nulla Le lenzuola sono pulite, c'è una TV, ma ovviamente non c'è NHK, c'è acqua calda normale, shampoo, asciugamani per spazzolini da denti, ecc. Il fratello del manager è sorridente e affidabile Il mio volo era alle 8 del mattino, quindi ero preoccupato di prendere un taxi alle 4:30, quindi mi sono consultato con loro e hanno organizzato un taxi per 350.000 dong! The hotel was okay. There is no elevator at the accommodation and you need to bring your luggage through narrow staircase. Luckily they helped me to bring up the luggage. The room was okay and there is no heater in the room.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from outside, but it's very close to the old Cartier Which is very understandable

There is a big difference between the photos online and the actual appearance of the reception and the room. The hotel is old, the rooms are not well maintained, and everything feels quite shabby. The stay wasn't pleasant. That said, the room is equipped with what you need, and it's possible to spend a night there.

Solo traveller is ok but was expecting something. More clean , the towels are not changed daily which is a problem is a humid Hanoï , the reception doesn't work 24/7 you'll have to wake up the receptionist if you want to go out before 7 ( depends on the receptionist) I had to shout to wake him up . The locatio. Is amazing in old hanoi perfect for shopping and a vibrant night life

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, close to everything.

Blacked out more than thrice doing my stay . Would not expect much for the price i paid .

The hotel rating appears very, very flawed. This is a 2 star at best. We had to move to alternative accommodation due to the air-conditioning not working the shower was not clean, the rooms didn't feel secure. If I was travelling alone I would have been ok but no good for families. The staff however were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Be aware that late returns can be problematic as they shut the roller door and it took us a long time to contact the right person because they disconnected the doorbell to let us in.

Good Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, and strong air conditioning – perfect after a hot day in Hanoi.

Loved the city views from our window. The room had plenty of light and a relaxing atmosphere.

Great value for the price! Quiet at night and just a short walk from all the major sights.
