Hotel WiFi is a bit slow.. there are small flies at the breakfast area which I don’t like .. otherwise it is a good hotel at nice location and reasonable price …I especially love its laundry service..

Khách sạn phong cách Nhật nên khá thú vị. Nội thất màu trầm trang nhã và vẫn còn mới. Vị trí mặt đường, di chuyển tiện lợi. Ăn sáng đa dạng, hợp khẩu vị. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại ở những lần sau.

付近には日本料理屋がたくさんあり、日本人にとっては非常に便利なところです。 近くには小さな湖もあり、ウォーキングする事も可能。 自分は2週間滞在したので、洗濯は無料でやってくれてとても助かった。 朝食もホテルの最上階で景色を見ながら食べれるのも良かった。 ホテルのスタッフも対応は良く特にドアマンの男性の一人が非常に応対よくしてくれた。フロントも実習中？まだ1年程度の女性スタッフ（英語、ベトナム語のみ）も自分のつたないベトナム語にも丁寧に対応してくれて感謝、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

いつも同じエリアに泊まりますが、いつも泊まるホテルが空いてなかったため、利用しました。 ベッドも広く次回また利用したいと思います。

乾淨，雖然沒窗户但是睡覺比較安靜。難得可以好好睡覺的地方。

一般，沒有驚喜，返而有點失望

酒店雖小，該有的都有。早餐也還行，周圍買東西便利

I didn't expected a beautiful room before leaving my country because the room charge including breakfast was quite reasonable . The room without a window was clean and everything was provided including two bathrobes. Since I planned to stay there for 6 nights, one can of beer and three items for laundry were free. The staff was quite friendly and kind. I had no time to have breakfast twice, but they provided me with something to eat upon my request. I also had to leave the hotel late at night because my original flight had been canceled, and they provided me with food upon my request. The room itself was with one double bed. Although the room didn't have a window, I didn't care since I wasn't at the room most of the time. The staff and cleaning ladies are friendly, kind, and helpful. Since Vietnam don has a large number of figures, it was difficult for me to pay everything. Whenever I asked to call a taxi for me, the receptionist always gave me an estimation of the fare, which was helpful. Once I thought I dropped my cell phone in the taxi, the staff of the hotel helped me a lot immediately. Fortunately I had left it at my room before leaving the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Every morning BEFORE 6 o'clock workers are hammering and drilling inside the building. Even after complaining it continued the following days, meaning they do not care about the guests. Will not stay here again, sorry. Staff is friendly, breakfast is ok. Cockroaches are in the room, even on the 7th floor.
