Not bad staff are accomodating and approschable.accessible transportation

It’s just okay to come to the hotel to take a shower and sleep after walking around Hanoi. The location is far away from tourist attractions, but if you use Grab rides it’s kinda ok. The hotel is old and ran by 4 people, seems like a family. People are nice, but the rooms could be better furnished, in my room for example there was a desk with an old computer!!! but no chair))) in whole room there was only one power outlet for use.

The room was dirty from the dust when I arrived then I needed to clean it by myself, It was quite cold even though the conditioner is turned on. There is no hair dryer or refrigerator. The lock did not work well

Sunrise là ks có vị trí khá thuận tiện cho kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày , xung quanh có các dịch vụ ăn uống bình dân khá phong phú và sạch sẽ, ks sạch sẽ, thiết bị ổn và hơn cả là nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện
