The room was relatively small and was clean. That's the easy part. The washroom was leaky and in poor keep: in serious need of maintenance. We arrived quite ill, having caught a travel bug. We at the very least looked very tired upon arrival. We were immediately asked where we were front and where we were planning to go next (the young man checking us in was also a travel agent and smelled a sale). We asked him to just check us in because we were very tired. He ignored that and proceeded with his sales pitch + pressure. We proceeded to get pressure from the staff to book a tour with them on two other occasions. Pathetic. We then stayed in bed for 2 days because of the bug. Not once did they care to discuss anything to do with our illness after knowing we were ill.
