酒店位置離步行街15分鐘，近火車站，附近食肆很多，酒店隔離有－間超正米之連小店，營業時間早上至中午一點，無下午和晩市，出售粉類食物，二條街左右有間超多人气甜品店，平靚正。 酒店员工很好，邦我們確認訂車平台司機資料，知道我們六時半出机埸又準備早餐盒，真係暖❤️，👍👍👍

T : Hotel ottimo di 4 stelle. Eccellente camera, spaziosa, pulita e luminosa. Ottimo anche il bagno. Servizio alla reception sempre cortese e disponibile. Febe e Luna apprezzabile anche la loro ricerca di parlare italiano. Febe in particolare modo gentilissima mi ha anche aiutato ad acquistare dei biglietti per il treno. Colazione veramente buona. Servizio deposito bagagli anche dopo il check out. Consigliatissimo. EN : Excellent hotel 4* and excellent room, spacious, clean and bright. The bathroom is also excellent. Service at the reception always courteous and helpful. Febe and Luna also appreciated their efforts to speak Italian. Febe in a particularly exquisite way also helped me purchase train tickets. Really good breakfast. Luggage storage even after check out. Highly recommended.

This is such amazing spot for staying in Ha Noi. It is closed to everything from West Lake to Old Quarter. It is surrounded by many food stores. The receptionist as Hannah, Harry, Febe, Luna, Finn are really helpful. They are always willing to help with any cases. Thank you so much to their good team❤️

We had a wonderful time here with our tour group. The staff were friendly, the beverages were cold, and the rooms were clean. Easy walking distance to the city centre. We would definitely come back! Bye bye Hanoi until we meet again. Ca’t wait to come back!

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, the reception were very helpful with all requests. Comfy beds good ac. Food was delicious. The massage spa treatment i received was great and delightful. Everything was all very affordable and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very comfortable beds, a balcony with a view and close to everywhere we had planned to visit ! Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are all brilliant and made our stay all the more special. I would like to especially thank Hannah, Harry, Febe, Luna and Finn. Thank you for a lovely couple of days !!

We had a lovely experience. Staff would open doors when we would arrive and as we left. Always smiling and greeting us. In particular we had one staff members who went out of his way & took us to a place in which we were looking for. The aircon in the rooms were perfect

Very friendly and attentive hotel service. Very clean and well-presented hotel. Lovely food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located close to the Hanoi food train line and some good restaurants and cafes. Wonderful big king beds in the rooms too.
