Ho fatto una prenotazione e sono andato in un hotel accanto a me dicendo che ero un ospite di gruppo, quindi sono andato in un hotel che era a metà prezzo rispetto all'hotel che avevamo prenotato e l'ho cancellato. Trip.com mi ha fatto conoscere altri posti e mi ha detto che sono stato ricompensato.

Questo posto è stato adorabile! La camera era fantastica e l'hotel era di qualità molto migliore rispetto ad altri hotel ad Hanoi a un prezzo simile. La mia parte preferita del nostro soggiorno qui sono state le persone! Davvero gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile - grazie per averci ospitato ea presto!

Free upgrade room with balcony upon check in. Clean room. Best location with just 5-15mins to most attractions around old quarter. Convinent shop about 500m from hotel. May ask staff to open hotel main door for you as they will close the door after 12am for safety.

room was okay clean, but definitely not like what you see from the listing. but i wouldn’t say it’s bad either since the bed was comfy. some ants along the door edge but may be due to the balcony. any way, staff and housekeepers were friendly and attentive. great location too with lots of amenities around old quarter!

The hotel was average and the location was not far from the few places of interest in Hanoi. What I disliked about this hotel was the morning shift guy (21/11) being dishonest. The morning breakfast should be at VND80k but instead he quoted me VND100k and when I showed him the pricing quoted on Trip.com, he turned his word saying that this is the new price. In the end, I was in no mood for it and decided to have my bf out of the hotel instead. Being dishonest is a big NO for me and especially treating your own hotel customers. I won't be returning to this hotel again for sure.

I really like the location. You can get everything you want＞ restaurants, cafes and supermarket by foot. Especially, the breakfast there is full of fruits and were prepared very beautiful. Thank you lovely staffs. I'll come here again for sure. See you:) Highly recommend!!!
