The Location is good near to the Old Quarter and A lot attractions near by and the staff are nice and friendly will be back again.

Good location.

Overall condition is good. However, the air conditioning in room 401 was not adequately functional. The additional fan must be used to maintain the airflow.

ハノイ中心部で、旧市街地やホアンキエン湖 にも近くとても便利なホテルです。 部屋、浴室も清潔、美味しい朝食付きで最上階のテラス席からはハノイ市街地、ホアンキエン湖が一望。

場所はホアンキエム湖近くに位置し、ハノイ旧市街の中心にあります。各フロアに2〜3部屋のホテルです。最上階の9階にレストランあります。朝食は品数少ないので外で食べても良いかもしれないです。ホテル近くにレストラン、マッサージ、土産屋さん等たくさんあります。非常に便利です。ハウスキーピングやスタッフの対応も問題ありません。ホテルで手配した空港まではタクシー代は380,000VDでした。またこのホテル使うと思います。

位置很好，接近還劍湖和河內大教堂，出門到那裡都方便，周圍什麼吃的都有，介紹一個同春巿場Dong Xuan Market 可以買到便宜又新鲜的腰果和芒果乾。

ロケーションはホアンキエム湖に近く、朝食を食べる会場からホアンキエム湖を眺めることができ最適です。 また旧市街にも近いです。 シャワーの水圧が低いのが難点です。 それ以外は最適なホテルです。

酒店位於老城區的還劍湖旁，步行3分鐘可到，早晨或黃昏去還劍湖散步非常方便，14號公交始站也在附近，去胡志明墓/獨柱寺，西湖/鎮國寺，坐6站可達，車票7千越南盾/ 人，酒店自助早餐在9樓，可俯漤還劍湖，用餐舒適，早餐可單點雞絲河粉，比外面餐廳好吃，推薦。房間不大，但佈置精巧，酒店可安排去機場車輛，但價格較高70萬越盾/ 車，自己下載GRAB打車才32萬越盾。還劍湖旁有許多咖啡店，推薦坐4樓以上的位置，看還劍湖風景獨好

和朋友一起住的，地理位置非常好，酒店樓頂還有個景色很好的平台，離還劍湖熱鬧區很近，晚上走走逛逛。

ハノイの旧市街にあるホテルは、ほとんど間口が狭いのでタクシーの運転手も見つけ難い。このホテルも例外なく見つけるのに時間がかかりました。 スタッフはフレンドリーな人ばかりで、楽しく過ごせました。 部屋も綺麗でしたので、満足度は高いですが、どうしても排水が悪くシャワーを浴びていても足元に水が溜まって来ました。 朝食は、たくさんとは言えませんが十分なレパートリーで楽しく美味しく食事が出来ました。 全体的には、良いホテルだと思います。 また次回ハノイに行く事があれば、利用させていただきます。

Everyone is so helpful and the manager Lily would do anything to help you breakfast are fresh every morning the location is excellent walking distance to most of the amenities good value for money rooms are well kept this was my second time there and I will be back. Thank you for your service

Excellent location, close to Hoen Kiem lake & the Old Quarter. Surprisingly quiet at night. Wonderful ( free ) breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms & great showers ! Staff are just wonderful, happy people ; no request for information or assistance is too great or too small. One of my favourite places in Vietnam.

Ms. Lily is awesome and her staff, without exception, make you feel like you’ve just come home from a long trip! I’m a frequent traveler for 40+ years so you can trust me when I say this is just the place for you! They also make travel arrangements and recommendations as simple as getting some small item you forgot at home to long excursions to other locations. You won’t find a better informed staff, led by a real professional, Ms. Lily! She gave me mangos, a ride on her motorbike to her hairdresser (where I was treated like royalty), and arranged transportation for a large group of us who were going to the airport! Also, the hotel is lovely, comfortable, with an incredible buffet breakfast with “made to order items” included with your room, on the roof top! Come home to Ms. Lily’s special home away from home a short walk from all the action on Hoan Kiem Lake!
