Mi sono svegliato nel cuore della notte e ho trovato tantissime formiche sul mio letto. Ho chiesto alla reception di cambiare camera, ma nonostante mi avessero detto che era della stessa categoria, la nuova camera era molto difficile da usare e scomoda in cui soggiornare. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà anche a ordinare al bar del ristorante, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto stancante. Penso che sia dovuto anche alla mia scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese, ma sono molto deluso. Non vedevo l'ora di andarci perché la posizione era ottima e le recensioni erano buone, ma penso che la qualità del personale sia variabile. Ho parlato più volte con il personale della camera, ma mi hanno offerto diversi servizi che sono stati molto spiacevoli. Naturalmente ho rifiutato tutte le offerte. Non sono uno che si lamenta. È un peccato perché l'ospitalità era generalmente buona.

Le luci erano fioche e anche le finestre della camera deluxe davano sul muro. L'isolamento acustico era pessimo. Sono stato svegliato da strani rumori di notte per tre notti. Anche le pantofole fornite dall'hotel erano del tipo che sono state usate due volte e mi hanno fatto prudere i piedi. C'erano macchie di ricamo ovunque sulle lenzuola e non erano pulite. Ci sono degli specchi su tre lati del letto, ma non capisco il principio di progettazione. L'ascensore dell'hotel può essere premuto direttamente senza passare la tessera, il che è molto pericoloso. Il telefono della reception era sempre irraggiungibile e l'inglese era scarso. Ho chiesto uno stuzzicadenti e l'ho chiesto ottanta volte, ma mi hanno mandato tre paia di spazzolini, dicendo che il dentifricio nel dentifricio era lo stuzzicadenti. . . . .

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. By far the best customer service, amazing rooms, and the restaurant was top notch. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent Stay with a Lake View and Exceptional Service I stayed in an executive room facing the street, offering a rustic and restricted view of the lake. The room was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the hotel staff—they provided top-notch service and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Communication was a breeze as everyone spoke English fluently. The location couldn’t have been better—just perfect for leisurely strolls around Hoan Kiem Lake and easy access to the vibrant Old Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

One of the best hotel in hanoi with great hospitality... the services really 5 stars... the hotel buffet definitely perfection ...really they have a great great breakfast in hanoi... i love the room the food the people ... i will make sure comeback in this hotel for sure... Everyone really nice ... Henry Nguyen especially who take care good of me during my 3 days 2 night in the hotel.

Excellent location just 2 minute walk from weekend night market. Room is spacious and fully equipped. Bed and pillow is soft and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. I would definitely stay again when I return to Hanoi.

good location by the old quarter. Poor sound proofing which can be noisy at night and morning. Poor bathtub design, which shower can splash all the way and 'climb' in & out of the tub

This hotel truly impressed me—great location, delicious restaurant food, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. The personalized touches made all the difference, like the handwritten welcome card in my room. The sky bar offered stunning views, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating (even allowed an early check-in!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, value, and thoughtful service.

Beautiful classy retro hotel well presented in a good location in old quarter. Customer service was excellent. Staff helpful and management engaging and attentive. Breakfast excellent with good variety for different nationalities. Roof top bar has great views. Thank you for a special time.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well decorated and clean which gave me a comfortable stay in there. What I impressed most are the services provided. We were served with welcome drinks and some vietnam sweets upon arrival. While we were briefed on the facilities and breakfast time by a staff, our luggage were sent to the room which was already in a good temperature when we got into the room. Fruits were prepared and placed on a table with a welcome card. We were also given vouchers for free cocktails on the roof top bar with a nice scenery of the lake. Further, the staff were very friendly and helpful on suggesting places to go and assisting in calling grabs to get around the area. Special thanks to Jennie who has been taking care of us during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Hanoi.

The service, even before our stay, was very friendly and helpful. We used the Spa and had a great relaxing treatment. The breakfast was delicious and a good choice of different dishes.
