For your information, we have just replaced all of the beddings including sheets, duvets, blankets & pillow for the best experience of our guest. This would mean it would rarely have the appearance of bugs in the rooms. However, we will check again for the room that you stayed to ensure our guests do not have to experience it.We also well acknowledged your comments on our WIFI and are working to fix this.We hope that apart from the above comments, you had an overall good experience with us and we hope to see you again!Safe travel until then!The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa team
