Everything was perfect.Very nice hotel, very nice location, very close to Sword Lake, around many famous restaurants. Hotel service is excellent, staff are friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable. Will come back here in the near future

Nice Hotel with Indochine Interiors and Reasonable Price, The Staffs are Friendly And kind. The room has Lemongrass smell when we check in and feel so comfortable. The next day, when we Reserved for Breakfast, the traditional Vietnamese food of the restaurant make I so impressed. The address is in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, very Convenient for Traveling and Experienced in Hanoi. Definitely I would go back when I travel to Hanoi Again

Khách sạn tuyệt vời. Phòng view đẹp, sạch sẽ. Cực trung tâm, n*** cạnh Hồ Gươm, phố đi bộ, phố bia, trung tâm mua sắm. Nhân viên cực kỳ tốt và nhiệt tình. Giá hải chăng. Đồ ăn sáng ngon. Xung quanh đầy nhà hầng nổi tiếng. Cực kỳ thích vị trí và khách sạn này.

Ví trí thuận tiện để dạo quanh phố cổ mà không quá xa bất kì địa điểm nổi tiếng nào, nhân viên thân thiện giúp đỡ mình từ lúc bắt đầu nhanh phòng cho tới lúc mình ra sân bay, những món ăn xung quanh nhà hàng được lễ tân giới thiệu cũng rất ngon, phòng rất đẹp và đầy đủ tiện nghi

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm của quận Hoàn Kiếm cách hồ Gươm 500m rất thuận tiện cho các hoạt động tham quan và du lịch. Nhân viên ở đây thì nhiệt tình, khách sạn sạch sẽ thoáng mát, giá cả hết sức hợp lý có dịp quay trở lại Hà Nội tôi sẽ nhất định nghỉ ngơi ở khách sạn này. 10+ cho dịch vụ
