Il primo giorno di arrivo non possono fornire la tipologia di camera che prenotiamo, cambiano da 3 camere da letto a camera con letto singolo per 2 camere per noi, cosa che non ci piace, quindi il giorno dopo chiediamo alla nostra camera di prenotazione, poi finalmente riescono a farlo cambiare per noi.

Adoriamo davvero questa proprietà. Anche se è un po' fuori dalle attrazioni centrali, il trasporto pubblico è comodissimo. L'appartamento è ben tenuto e pulito, al livello degli standard Sommerset in tutto il mondo. I miei unici commenti riguardano la colazione, che viene servita in un ristorante giapponese nell'edificio. Le scelte sono molto limitate. Se non ti piace la colazione giapponese, non c'è nient'altro da mangiare. Nel complesso, è un buon posto in cui soggiornare

L'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione. Le camere hanno finestre alte da cui è possibile vedere qualcosa. Tieni presente che è una camera da letto principale. Il tappeto sembra sporco. Anche il parquet si è staccato e non è sicuro per i bambini.

Buona posizione, bella piscina, camera grande, buoni prezzi

La struttura non è nuova, ma tutti erano cordiali e gentili. L'esterno dell'edificio non è lussuoso, ma ho trovato che fosse accogliente dopo un soggiorno di due notti.

Posizione perfetta per avvicinarsi al West Lake e una vista fantastica. Pulito e accogliente.

In general it was ok . We had some annoying students taking photos all around us the two days we where at the pool, we would have love the staff to be more present to stop them taking photos all day long even sitting on our chair, I understand it was for their prom but it is have a limit. and the guess should be able to have some peace.

We spent two days in the hotel, and what did we enjoy the most is the - pool. After the whole day of walking, it was the best way to release the stress. Also, we started our days with swimming. The room was big and comfortable. You can find all what you need.

Location is grate.Lake view room is nice and I could walk around the lake.

Power outage 2 times when check in . But resume fast. Staffs are helpful.

rooms are nice and clean. hotel staff are kind and helpful. only a few dollars by taxi to Hoan Kien area. breakfast is good enough for me.

Just go for it... ;)
