Situato vicino al centro storico e accanto a grandi negozi locali come The Note Coffee, cibo estremamente conveniente e ottimi massaggi. Ho aggiornato la mia stanza a una con uno spazio più grande e una vista migliore! Grazie :) Il personale dell'hotel è super accogliente dalla reception e dal signore alla porta d'ingresso. Perfetto per chi viaggia da solo! Vicino anche al GC Bar nel caso in cui ti piaccia esplorare i luoghi LGBTIQA in città :)

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno qui. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite, e la posizione è molto comoda. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare la signora filippina che accoglie gli ospiti nella hall. (Scusa, ho dimenticato il suo nome!)

Had an amazing time there! Location was awesome at old quarters, walkable to the lake, note coffee, Pizza 4Ps, train street, bus office to Sapa, and delicious food joints. Staffs were all so friendly and gave us a map to explore the area around. Best part of the hotel is their basement bar, super vibes!! You gotta book a stay here. Also breakfast was at the roof so that’s a bonus!

Quick two night stay in the heart of the old quarter and only a few meters away from the lake and plenty of local restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location and closer to any where you wanted to visit in Ha Noi.

Loved our stay here. Great location, staff so friendly and our room was amazing and clean. Bigger rooms then expected! And bathroom and shower pressure were amazing since travelling. Would definitely stay again when in Hanoi. 😊

The service staff are always friendly and serve with a big smile. Their explanations are clear and concise. The room is spacious, neat and clean. The toilets are well equipped. We enjoy our 2 nights stay!

The room was clean and neat but did not have any windows. However, the service provided by the team was great. Special mention to Lewis, he was very accomadative, warm and helpful throughout our stay

After over 10 times of business trip in Hanoi Vietnam, I found the right hotel in the perfect location. Room are cleaned and absolutely not expensive. Very good staff and breakfast. I’ll be back soon.
