ห้องพักสะอาดมากๆ ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ โล่งโปร่งสบาย
อุปกรณ์ในห้อง มีกาน้ำร้อน ตู้เย็น ทีวี เครื่องช่างน้ำหนัก มีชุดคลุมอาบน้ำที่หนาและหนัก ถึงจะเก่าแต่สะอาด มีรองเท้าสำหรับใส่ในห้อง ในมีอ่างอาบน้ำ มีน้ำร้อน น้ำเย็น ที่ไหลแรง มีเครื่องปล่อยลมสำหรับเป่าผม มีกระจกขนาดใหญ่ และกระจกขยายสำหรับการแต่งหน้า มีแชมพู เจลอาบน้ำ แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน ที่โกนหนวด หวี หมวกคุมอาบน้ำ สำลีเช็ตหู
บรรยากาศโรงแรม มีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง มีนั่งเยอะ มีการจัดสวนในลอบบี้ แต่เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า เนื่องจากเป็น open air จึงมีฝุ่นเยอะ อาคารไม่สูงแต่ไม่มีลิฟท์เช่นกัน 😅 มีที่ไดร์ฟกอล์ฟ ซึ่งไดร์ฟ ลงทะเลสาบไปเลย แล้วจะคนพายเรือไปเก็บ 😂

酒店就在還劍湖旁邊，客房有陽台，面對還劍湖，早晨聽小鳥唱歌，自助早餐也不錯，雖然酒店掛四星，但是衞生設施老舊，前台小姑娘會講中文，非常有禮。

My kids like this place very much since the space and view is really perfect. Lots of tree are around and all rooms have lake view. Breakfast is ok. We will stay again in our next trip to Hanoi. Recommend

This place is a dump! The floors were filthy, the bathroom dirty, windows dirty. Towels were threadbare including holes and dingy. The beds were vert uncomfortable. Sheets threadbare and only one pillow. The hotel was not kept up and was not in a good location. Worse place ever!

The hotel is in an upmarket location. Sheraton and Intercontinental are adjacent. Unlike them, however, this has no elevator. You carry your own luggage. The room was sparse. There is an electrical outlet for either the TV or wifi. Choose 1. There are no bedroom slippers. That is a deal breaker for me. The only upside—it’s cheap. As I checked for mid December, the Sheraton is more than 8 times the rate; Intercon is almost 7 times. And yes, get a lake view room.
