I didn't expect the hostess to be so nice and friendly, her main job is as a tour guide. I texted her to suggest some places to visit in Hanoi and I thought I was lucky because she was free at that time and she took me straight to some famous places. I felt the quality of the room was at 4 stars, it was quite comfortable and quiet like at home. Maybe I won't rate too much about the room because I felt okay but what I like most is the quality of service of this hotel is very good.

Beautiful apartment, very attentive apartment service. The staff checked the quality again and turned on the air conditioner, hot water then sent me pictures. I am very satisfied with this service.

我在這裏預訂了一個房間，在讀到一位客人對這個地方的差評後，我非常猶豫。但我最終決定嘗試一下，我發現它並不像我想象的那麼糟糕。這家酒店的老闆人很好，她給我買了一些水果。房間也相當不錯，乾淨。她給了我一間高層的樓層。我沒有看到毛巾，所以她讓工作人員5分鐘後把它拿給我。我會再來這裏的。

很差的一個公寓，描述和圖片不一樣，剛進入房間沒過10分鐘，拍照給管家反饋床單有污漬，有毛和黃色的斑點，很嘔心的一件事。深夜搞了沒地方休息，讓我一直拍視頻給她，沒有房間調換，也不願意退款，讓我拍來拍去的意義是什麼，最終房間沒住，也不用退房費了。建議還是住好一點的賓館，這種公寓樓要服務沒服務，還臟亂差，房間全部靠開盲盒一樣，

He booked my place at 12am and asked for a room to stay right away. He booked a 1 bedroom apartment, but I provided him with 2 bedrooms because the one-bedroom was full. After checking in, he made a mess of the room and asked us to refund. We sent a message to confirm that the cleaning staff cleaned the room properly, but he refused. He staged everything and threatened to give a bad review as well. I feel this is a bad experience.

시설도 깨끗하고 야경도 좋고 미딩지역 한식당들과 가까워서 저녁 먹기에도 편한 곳입니다. 그리고 집 주인도 친절합니다. 카톡으로 미리 문자를 줘서 예약 컨펌도 하고 이래저래 신경을 많이 써 줍니다. 다시 하노이를 온다면 또 방문하고픈 숙소입니다.
