Second time staying here and the staff remembered us and left a cute note on our bed when we checked in :)

Nice location. Nearby nice foods and night market. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is big and clean.

我們兩人，標準間房間衹有一張大床，換兩張單獨小床的標準間商家加價200元，

服務很好，尤其在旅客遇到困難時，老闆、員工都能幫忙解決，勞心勞力直到問題解決。

位置極佳，36行街區域，去哪都方便。老闆服務特別好，酒店有地圖，老闆會替你標出遊玩的路線。門口都是吃飯的。強烈推薦這家店。

Tommy e suo fratello sono le persone più gentili ed ospitali che abbiamo incontrato in Vietnam. Dal primo momento ci hanno accolti, ci hanno sempre offerto the caldo, ottimo fra l'altro, ci hanno dato mille consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare, ci hanno raccontato tante cose interessanti sul loro paese, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade ad una camera più grande e prenotato una macchina per l'aeroporto a prezzo inferiore che su grab. Inoltre la camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Posizione ottima proprio nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi. Lo consiglio ciecamente.

A quiet , comfortable hotel in the middle of the city. Tommy's recommendations about Hanoi were spot on , he showed me the best coffee/food spots . He did an amazing job helping me to organise my trips , cruises and everything in between -(all that customized to fit my budget ). It's a family business with genuine , kind people running it .They looked after me throughout my entire trip and were immediately available whenever troubleshooting was needed. Strongly recommend!

NT Elysian is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, a wonderful family run hotel, where brothers Tommy and Doagh could can not do enough for you, providing every support and advice/tips you could need, organizing day trips, transfers and always with a smile! Tommy had helped with organizing our Vietnam trip over the months in advance, from that initial contact, he was amazing, a big thank you from the Patton clan! We hope to return to Hanoi someday and NT Elysian will most definitely be our place of stay. Highly recommend 🥰🥰
