Hotel a 5 stelle a Hanoi Cầu Giấy

I like the chocolate hour from 4-5 pm. The staff have been very helpful. What they could have done better is that they should have separate conditioner and shower gel. I don’t like the idea of “conditioning shampoo” (2 in 1). The toothbrushes come with paper-packet toothpaste which is difficult to use. I think this hotel has a lot of good potential especially the very friendly and helpful staff, but it’d be much better if it decides not to use cheap amenities like the cheap toothbrushes and the lack of a separate shower gel.

My stay here was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi for a blend of luxury and convenience.

Real 5 Star experience, the only downside was its location from the Old Quarters area. Highly recommended.

E quando sono entrato nel Ristorante per colazione... nessuno spiega proativamente che stanno servendo Ala Carte. Mi vergognava di avere i poveri basi e quando mi siedo... il personale mi ha detto che ho bisogno di scegliere un menu. È stato un po' difficile trovare il controllo nel lobby e il lobby non era molto come un hotel.

Hotel molto buono. La signora Nemo è così gentile.

Loved my time at the apartment in Vinhomes D’Capitale! Super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Great location and the host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi and will happily come back for future trips!

The apartment is clean and airy with many indoor plants. The furniture is well arranged and everything is fully equipped. It’s a pleasant living space, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
