Hotel a 5 stelle a Hanoi Ba Đình

Great location, very clean, nice food. However the service is really bad. I had to request and explain many times to the receptionist as well as the room staffs to put the 2 single bed into a king size bed as per my booking requirement. However, they did not cooperate and try to find reason not to do it. It took almost an hour for them to make a decision to finally do it for me. Such a bad experience. As a regular biz traveller to Vietnam, this is my 1st time experience this kind of unprofessional service for an international brand hotel. Very disappointed. I hope you will improve it otherwise this would be my last visit to this hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, a huge rooftop pool and pickle ball- a great way to escape the rainy season. We loved it so much that we plan to stay again when we come back to Hanoi. Everything was perfect!

Grande servizio. Bello hotel. Grandi tetti e viste. L'albergo aveva un sacco di attrezzature. L'unico punto di svantaggio è che è a poche distanze dal vecchio quartiere e molti ristoranti famosi. Questo è detto che è più tranquillo. A causa della sua posizione, probabilmente dovrete ordinare un sacco di auto indietro e indietro. Direi che vale la pena se non restate in Vietnam per così tanto tempo.

The hotel facilities is great. Near most of the restaurants and the locals food. Walking to the place of interest too. If by grab also about 15min to the place of interest.

Receptionist Oliver did the check in for us, who spoke fluent English and was knowledgeable with hotel facilities. Got the room facing the lake, did not regret, offering breathtaking views when you wake up and before you sleep. Recreational facilities such as gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room were well maintained and enjoyable for usage. As always, Pan Pacific Hotels never fails to amaze its guests.

Si raccomanda fortemente che l'appartamento sia molto buono, la stanza è molto pulita, la colazione è pulita e ricca!Specialmente la lavatrice ha una funzione di asciugatura troppo conveniente. Lotte residence is located very strategically, plenty of Japanese restaurants nearby, cleanliness is top notch, staffs are super friendly and kind.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful surprises throughout our stay, the hospitality truly stood out. A special shoutout to Henry at the front desk, who went above and beyond by sharing his personal Google Maps list of local food recommendations—this made exploring the city’s culinary scene so much easier! The hotel also made my husband’s birthday extra special. We were greeted with a beautifully decorated cake upon arrival, and the next morning, the staff surprised him with another sweet gesture during breakfast, leaving him absolutely awestruck. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large, cozy bed perfect for a couple’s getaway. After a long day of sightseeing, we loved unwinding at the top-floor bar, enjoying drinks with a great view. Location-wise, the hotel is strategically placed - close to charming cafés, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, thoughtful, and well-located stay. We’ll definitely be back!
