Hotel a 4 stelle a Hanoi Ba Đình

The accommodation was spacious, which was great. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and a washing machine, and the inverter made cooking possible. The staff were friendly, and I liked that it was close to Lotte and Vincom Plaza.

We booked a cheaper room and were given a free upgrade upon arrival. We were also given drinks vouchers for the bar upstairs which made us feel welcome. When we arrived, staff members came out to the taxi to help us with our belongings and carried the prams up the little steps at the entrance of the hotel which was incredibly kind. We handed our passports over and were given a refreshing beverage each while we sat in the lounge waiting on check-in. They let us check in very early as they had a room available for us which we were thankful for after a long flight with two babies. The pool is small but lovely. The room was great and had a tiny balcony for people-watching. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from train street and therefore an excellent location for visiting Hanoi. Staff members were unbelievably helpful when we asked for information or needed a taxi. 10/10, would recommend.

Hotel boutique in centro a Hanoi, si trova tra il vecchio quartiere e il lago occidentale. Molto buon posto per scoprire Hanoi. La maggior parte delle camere non hanno luce naturale, perché le finestre si accenderanno su un muro vicino. La piscina non è una vera e la palestra è abbastanza fondamentale. Buona base per il turismo a Hanoi. Per le strutture / per scopi commerciali non il miglior hotel.

Great location at the edge of the town, around twenty minutes of straight walk to the Hoam Kiam lake and other attractions. As you walk along the streets lots to see, shop and eat. The hotel is super clean and housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is simple and the staff very friendly. Mia, at the front desk is superb, she helped me to book tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh at very short notice with pretty good rates. The bus will pick-up outside the hotel, but when you return they will drop you nearby. Mia also makes sure everything in order during the stay and very helpful. Highly recommended, it like a 4 star hotel with all amenities.

Di recente apertura, quindi tutto è splendente e pulito, con ottime attrezzature da cucina, forno, frigo-congelatore (ma ad Hanoi è improbabile che tu possa usarlo!). Lavatrice e asciugatrice all'11° piano. Colazione e pho decenti. Bel letto, cuscini, lenzuola, bagno giapponese (in realtà coreano), doccia fantastica. Vicino al lago più grande, non frenetico come Old Quater, ma a 10 minuti di corsa con Grab dal centro di Hoan Kiem o a mezz'ora a piedi. Personale della reception disponibile, molto consigliato per un soggiorno confortevole. L'area della reception è perfettamente funzionale ma meno ”esotica vietnamita” in stile affascinante rispetto a molte nel cuore di Old Quarter.

Overall good hotel, spacious and clean room, nice rooftop swimming pool, decent breakfast. If need to find a couple of remarks, those could be: - service at the pool can be improved. Timing itself is already strange (it opens at 9 when it’s already 35°C outside and closes at 18 when it’s not even dark yet). Furthermore, on my last day I arrived at 9.45 for a quick dip, and nobody had put yet the pillows on the chairs, opened the umbrellas, provided towels, etc. I had to do everything by myself even though a staff member saw me going to the pool. - breakfast gave me mixed feelings: it’s really good to have some fixed buffet items + some a la carte options (including egg station), but that quality is in contrast with having boulangerie items regularly 1 or 2 days old. Again, overall good experience, but some things can be improved.

It has various and delicious breakfast ,it also near lake (西湖），you can walk to the lake by 15 minutes

Nice hotel with great facilities but best thing is the staff - helpful,friendly with good level of English. Will stay here again next time I am in Hanoi.

La stanza era pulita, tranquilla e ben organizzata. Niente di stupendo, ma tutto funzionava perfettamente, condizionamento d’aria, acqua calda, luci. Mi piaceva il letto morbido e il semplice design. Mi sentivo come un piccolo spazio personale dove potevo rilassarmi dopo un lungo giorno di passeggiata intorno alla città.

Room was okay. Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast was okay too, very few selection. But the Pho and sandwich they prepare for you is good. Right before we were checking out, we spotted cockroach in our room, which was a big no-no for us.
