It is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Hannover. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms looked newly refurbished. We stayed at 2 executive rooms which were spacious and lovely. The staff at the reception and restaurant were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was basic and nicely presented. The Bar is another story. They close early and staff not very friendly. I came late like 1 minute after the last call while staff were still working and they refused to serve me. They said order from Room service from a very limited selection.

La peggiore esperienza in un hotel nella mia vita. A causa di un errore informatico, ci sono state due identiche prenotazioni - la stessa persona, lo stesso numero di notti - fatto con 10 minuti di differenza. Per la prima non ho ricevuto conferma. L'hotel mi ha assicurato che la mattina dopo c'era solo una prenotazione e ho ricevuto una fattura per una prenotazione. Quando ho guardato il pagamento della carta ho visto che aveva pagato due camere. C'è ovviamente un errore tra le fatture e i soldi pagati. Sono stato in cerca di risolvere questo problema per 4 mesi. Nessuna risposta. Queste questioni possono accadere, qual è la questione di come stiamo risolvendo questo problema. Questo è completamente poco professionale e per questo motivo non posso raccomandare l'hotel. Mi fanno pagare due volte per una stanza e non forniscono nemmeno una fattura, non professionale e non accettabile.

Second time we have stayed here and have to say it’s a nice and well positioned hotel. Staff are super helpful. Just one warning don’t park your car at Q Park as it’s shut on Sunday so to avoid getting locked in like us use another car park if you plan to leave Sundays. Mandy at Reception is a diamond and helped us out big time so 5 stars for her service

Von außen unscheinbar, aber innen super! Empfang, Service, Zimmer, Frühstück, alles bestens. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr hell und gut zu parken. Direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof in zentraler Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Große und sehr ruhige Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung, sehr guten Betten und großem Bad. Schon am Empfang wird man außergewöhnlich freundlich begrüßt. Man wusste sogar, dass wir vor einem Jahr auch hier waren. 24 Stunden ist man für die Gäste da und alle helfen gerne, egal wie spät es ist. Es gibt nur Frühstück, welches man in einem schönen Ambiente genießen kann. Qualität und Auswahl ist sehr gut. So kann der Tag beginnen.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel just one night (22nd to 23th july). The hotel looks new, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly, pretty standard. However I have to share here a very terrifying experience that we had. About 05:45 am, when we were still slepping, a strange guy entered into our room. He was completely disoriented, didn't had an alcoholic smell but might be on *****. My husband screamed at him to get out of our room, but he didn't move, just when I said that he was in the wrong room he seemed to understand, than my husband pushed him out of the room and closed the door. Later in the morning my husband checked on how hard you have to push the door in order to close it, he concluded that you have to make an extra push until you hear the very last click of the lock. It is very easy to be tricked by the door. Thank God, it was not really serious but very terrifying. I know that I can't blame the hotel, but I would like to share to warn future guests to double check the door lock. I could swear that my door was closed and apparently it wasn't.

Camera doppia per uso esclusivo. Chi prenota l'hotel sa che non è trendy e sì, ha patina. Camera 212 al secondo piano era molto grande e spazioso. Camera doppia un po' dura, ma per me esattamente giusto. Amenities, frigorifero con 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratuitamente. Bagno con bagno, spazioso. Camera sul lato della strada era tranquillo, nessuna strada o rumore ferroviario. La colazione è presa in terrazza. Buffet di colazione grande e ricco, che è stato riempito in qualsiasi momento. Non c'è traccia di ribalta alla settimana. Caffè filtrante e anche automatico completo disponibile. L'espresso del full-automat non era mio. Solo in un hotel solido, molto centrale e ben situato. Lo prenoterei ancora.

I always strive to leave a review that covers most areas of an experience and this is no exception. We were traveling 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, in Harz. After a week in beautiful surroundings, see my review of this by following me, we decided to take an extra stop in Hannover. Because we didn´t wanted to drive for 7 hours straigth from our holiday home to Denmark with 2 tired children, and because we never visited Hannover. At first we had booked a hotel in the outskirts of the city, higher price, but a long trip to the center of the city, so we switched to Zentrum Hotel. We arrived early, so our rooms were not ready yet. However, we had reserved a parking spot for the car, so after a few minutes we could explore the city. Which is literally right across the street. From the location of the hotel, is several streets leading to the main pedestrian area, packed with great shops, affordable prices, street buskers and much more. We enjoyed the city for a few hours then went to freshen up at our rooms. We decided to split up, so my wife and daughter had one room, while my son and I had the other, The rooms were 405 and 406. Right at the top of the building, they were hot. Windows can open, but on a hot day, the room is too stuffed. There were 2 ordinary beds, super clean, very comfortable actually, a table, a chair and a wardrobe. There was also a fridge, but it was not clean. It was time to buy a new one. Shower head was broken, so half the water spilled out from the hose and onto the floor until we managed to direct the water at a different angle, so not to soak the floor. Held together with duct tape. A hose costs ~€3 so it´s a cheap and easy fix, guys. The hair dryer at the ladies´room, was broken, meaning it is one of those where you simply press the handle and it blows. However, the handle turned red and heated up, TOO MUCH, too quick and after a few second, my wife had to toss it in the sink. It is a disaster waiting to happen. The lift only worked up to 3rd floor, then we had to walk a flight of stairs to the 4th. Weird issue, fix the lift. Breakfast was €9 and was really good. Yes we would like to know exactly what the 4 different cheeses were, a simple sign would help, but plentiful breakfast. Hot coffee and tea, milk, cream, 3 juices, bread, croissants, hardboiled eggs, cold cuts, nutella, 5 different marmelades and so on. Good, cheap. Rooms were super quiet. Check-out was easy, staff is super friendly and the rooms are cheap. Drawbacks are the weird smell on the hallways, the flickering lights, the grime on the doorframes and lightswitches, the fridge, the water hose. The area can seem dodgy, there are beggars around but they are not a worry. We paid €160 for 2 rooms. Reasonable if the above items were fixed.

Ma il viaggiatore sa che, proprio per il colazione, in Germania negli ultimi anni non c'è più un buon rapporto prezzo/prezzo. Chi vuole mangiare la sera troverà in questa zona numerosi locali che si possono raggiungere rapidamente a piedi.

Really nice cute hostel in central Hannover! Near the main station (10min walk). What a experience! It’s literally a box!! Space really well exploited. They don’t have a kitchen nor laundry facilities. Nice charming staff. You get a free coffee. We couldn’t leave our stuff on the departure day and come back for it later on the day.

Sono pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Hanover fino all'hotel per la parte nord della stazione, rendendolo estremamente conveniente per chi ha bisogno di essere ben centrale. Il centro commerciale (Kröpcke) non è lontano, così come buoni ristoranti. L'hotel è in realtà abbastanza semplice, aprendo le sue grandi proporzioni. Le camere sono ampie e ben illuminate, ma non c'è controllo della temperatura; la suite è enorme e comporta bene una famiglia. Il colazione è servito al secondo piano in un vasto salone, ma è basso. Con diverse sale di dimensioni e capacità diverse, la Plaza serve molto bene per riunioni e congressi. Per chi sta per dormire in città o per un congresso e vuole stare ben vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, la Plaza è una scelta molto affidabile.
