Good hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and rooms clean and comfortable if a bit basic and good value for money. The only draw back is no Aircon so a bit warm in the summer months and slightly noisy with the windows open but nothing we could not cope with. I would recommend this hotel.

Wir waren zu dem Beginn einer Seminarreihe in Hannover, brauchten also ein Bett und die Möglichkeit zu duschen. - Das schmale Doppelbett hatte eine durchgehende,durchgelegene Matratze, wenn sich der eine gedreht hat, hatte der andere Seegang. - Das Bad war so gestaltet, dass es keine 2 Personen betreten konnten. Die Duschkabine extrem eng, die Türen sind beim Aufmachen ans Waschbecken und an das WC angestoßen, gingen nicht ganz auf. - Der Frühstücksraum ist fensterlos, das Frühstück überschaubar. Die Rühreier waren kalt, die Warmhaltekanne mit Kaffee nur halb gefüllt (obwohl aus der Küche frisch gebracht). Als wir frühstückten waren 10 Personen im Raum. Im Brötchenkorb waren noch 2 Brötchen, nachgefüllt wurde erst als der Korb vollständig leer war. - Wir haben das Parkhaus mit über das Hotel bezahlt. Leider wurde vergessen uns die Tickets zur Ausfahrt zu geben. Nachdem wir erst spät abends abgereist sind und die Rezi dann nicht mehr besetzt gewesen wäre, hätten wir doppelt bezahlt, wenn wir es nicht gemerkt hätten. Insgesamt wird man nicht als Kunde oder gar als Gast behandelt, sondern eher wie eine Ware.
