What a great discovery this place was! Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh. As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special. As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day. Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary. Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers. Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed. Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her. The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons. It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable. If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant. Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times. That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

Ottimo, bellissimo ambiente, buone condizioni igieniche e posizione strategica.Si trova nel Giardino Hongyuan, e il bellissimo Giardino Hongyuan può essere goduto esclusivamente la sera dopo che i turisti si sono dispersi. L'unico difetto è che l'effetto dell'acqua repellente per zanzare è quasi inesistente, spero che possa rafforzare la prevenzione delle zanzare.

The place is new and rooms are well equipped. Breakfast tastes good but very few choices. I wish they could offer more choices and cuisines . Swimming pool is really beautiful. It’s outstanding. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy. Mini bar is free with soft drinks and is filled everyday .And the environment is too quite and peaceful. Otherwise except for few choices for breakfast; there’s nothing really to complain about. All is was great during our stay and I will surely stay again . Highly recommend this place:

In tutti gli hotel che vivono questa volta, il primo posto, il primo è fantastico geograficamente. La mattina si sveglia nel rumore degli uccelli nel campo. La colazione dell'hotel è ricca. Tutti i dipendenti sono entusiasti e professionali. Chiedi un modo per inviarti personalmente al vostro destino. Hahaha L'hotel porterà il cerchio nel pomeriggio, si aprirà nel piccolo giardino, ci sarà un intero libro di telaio, e i libri sono buoni, super amore. La cosa più importante è la stanza, molto spaziosa, le lavastoviglie sono grandi. I bagni sono la qualità della lavastoviglie dell'hotel a cinque stelle. È troppo amorevole. Non posso portare il cappello inesploso al fondo.

以往都住在西湖邊，但是杭州經常會限行不太方便，這次選擇了不限行的西溪濕地。這家酒店在西溪濕地公園內，可直接開車至酒店，他們自有停車場，蠻大的，位置也多，出行方便。意外之喜的入住體驗，亮點一：環境很好，酒店晚上很安靜睡眠也好，早上空氣清新，鳥語花香，出門散步還抓拍到了小松鼠吃果子。 亮點二：位置優越，西溪濕地遊船非常方便，酒店出門左轉走兩分鐘就能到周家村遊客服務中心，1出來後發現酒店離地鐵3號線西溪濕地很近，估計步行幾分鐘就能到吧。亮點三：酒店的服務人員親切有禮貌，房間窗户很大，採光，衞生也很好，賓至如歸。亮點四：早餐是套餐，搭配合理。小朋友也很喜歡這裏，相信春暖花開的時候會更美，強烈推薦給朋友。

This is an excellent hotel when visiting Xixi wetlands area. Breakfast is mostly Chinese buffet but does include Western cereal, coffee and toast. There are no knives and forks except for the kiddies set, which works for speaking butter. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the head manager. The rooms have a great view and third floor rooms have a balcony. This is a wonderful place to sit and listening to the birds.

La parte più fortunata di questo viaggio è prenotare questo hotel. Inizialmente avevo prenotato un hotel a pochi passi dal Paradise Art Center solo per la comodità di guardare lo spettacolo. I risultati sono tutti soddisfacenti. L'hotel è molto bello, tutti i tipi di finestre panoramiche per guardare la pioggia del paesaggio. La biblioteca è una sorpresa inaspettata, uno spazio tranquillo e confortevole e ben progettato. C'è anche un ottimo caffè al primo piano e anche le torte sono deliziose. Soprattutto da lodare è la reception. A causa del tifone, era difficile andare, quindi ho pensato a vari modi per aiutarmi. Ha iniziato ad aiutare a chiamare una macchina. Più tardi, ho cambiato l'autobus e ho preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a vedere la strada, trovare qualcuno che lo portasse all'ingresso del punto panoramico, e ho anche consegnato dolci e acqua. Servizio molto caloroso.

作為一個幾乎每個月都來杭州的人，此次杭州行的亮點就是發現了這家寶藏酒店。因為這次想玩一天西溪，就把返程前一天的酒店定在西溪。選了很久，最後這個酒店幾乎符合我所有的需求。離地鐵站近，離景區近，周邊吃飯方便，裝修設施好帶早餐。 酒店位於西溪天堂南端，這個是重點，所以走到東嶽路站是西溪天堂這片區域裏最近的。西溪天堂有個進入濕地公園免費區的入口，但是説實話，這個入口進去走到第一個核心景點高莊就要走很多很多路。反而更推薦坐一站地鐵，到花塢站，從天目山路高莊入口進入濕地公園。酒店旁邊就是外婆家，這個門店比其他連鎖店價位高，但口味非常好，也提供免費打包。酒店裝修很新，房間設施完好方便使用，晚上睡得很好。酒店還提供套房，適合家庭出遊。早餐是半自助，菜品點心種類不多，但口味好，現煮的小餛飩很好吃。幾個炒菜味道也很好，特別是肉排，和大華飯店的一個水平。工作人員服務也很好，幫忙熱了打包的飯菜。 下次還要來住。

Il servizio è davvero buono. Non solo abbiamo realizzato gratuitamente un divano letto, ma abbiamo anche evitato alcune spese varie dovute al raffreddamento eccessivo del condizionatore. Ogni dipendente (compreso il parcheggio per conto dell'auto) è molto attento al servizio. Il ristorante cinese ha un buon sapore, così come la colazione, la varietà è più completa ed è giusta. Infatti, soprattutto la colazione a buffet, non c'è bisogno di parlare di ostentazione, e non è un pasto che si può consumare per una settimana, e il gusto è buono e rispecchia le caratteristiche locali. L'unico rammarico è che l'hardware ha davvero bisogno di essere aggiornato. Vedendo che la lussuosa Villa Shuiyue è in fase di ristrutturazione, immagino che altri tipi di camere verranno aggiornati uno per uno, e non vedo l'ora di un nuovissimo Banyan Tree.
