The hotel is well maintained and clean. Front desk staff are friendly and very courtes. Always bring us warm water and tea while we waiting for our car at lobby. The room cleaner is also super nice and helpful, assisting us when checking out the room, which we seldom encounter in other hotels. The hotel also allows us to check out two hours late ...Thank you.

very good Hotel to stay in Hangzhou 

Not worth the money. We were informed at the last minute that air conditioner won't be working past 8pm. Too late and too expensive to book another hotel. They only provided fans. Claims it's a 4 star hotel but don't have mini bar and refrigerator in room. Had to go down to buy cold drinks from shop each time. Room size is so-so. No English speaking staff for foreigners. Otherwise the staff was polite and hotel is clean and newly decorated.

We had a great stay at Atour! The hotel is convenient located close to subway station (less than 5 minutes walk) and on the other side of the road is Powerlong Mall with nice shops and restaurants. The frontdesk was friendly and helpful (not sure about their English, we managed with our basic Mandarin). The room was spacious and clean. Minor downside were the slippers: they let off some fabric which made the floor a bit untidy. Big plus was the warm water in the shower: it came real fast so not a lot of water used to wait for the right temperature. Although the breakfast was mainly focussed on the local customs we thought it was pretty good for the price you pay. Would come again next time we are in lovely Hangzhou!

親子房裡麪那間房間一直持續的共振的嗡嗡聲 不知道是不是因為靠着電梯間 根本睡不着 凌晨兩點找前台幫忙換的房間 服務人員態度都非常好 但這個房間真的很無語。。本來出門了一天就很累 回來還不能馬上睡覺

初柔小姐姐很好，服務很好送了很喜歡的伴手禮杯杯和眼罩。 大廳還有香氛味道很好聞，房間乾淨無異味，氣味清馨，房間氣味清晰，氣味好聞，氣味好，無氣味，氣味很好聞，隔音極佳，客房隔音極佳，房門隔音極佳，不會被外界噪音所打擾，總之很喜歡。

初柔子墨服務熱情，床用品好用，環境號，離店有送暖心水，硬件設施好用，空調給力，有奉茶，主動打招呼，客用品質量好，退房有送水，隔音效果還是不錯的，牙膏好用，客用品質量好，停車方便，服務真的很好，很貼心不錯，耳釘掉到洗手池了，客房服務人員還及時幫忙找到並且聯繫了我們，停車還免費超級貼心！！！

酒店服務很好，入住前會提前打電話關懷，辦理入住還有奉茶，琪琪非常熱情，每次遇到都有問好，每次坐在大廳都會奉茶，硬件設施很棒，空調出風很快，製冷效果很好，幾木大床房很舒服，設施很齊全，設施很棒，臨走時還送了礦泉水，非常暖心的體驗。

酒店位置還是挺方便的. 邊上就是地鐵站出行很方便. 酒店對面就是寶龍城. 子墨服務熱情 入住有奉茶 退房還有暖心水. 房間朝向小區的話也比較安靜.酒店衞生房間設備隔音效果也很不錯. 空調效果也很不錯. 還是比較滿意的一次商務出行.

睡得特別好，睡到第二天不想起床。唯一的不足房間裏缺少冰箱。服務還是很到位的，送了孩子餐，臨走的時候海送了兩瓶水，值得五星好評。
