I don't recommend this hotel , if you a foreigner and you have experience with good service. This hotel was booked because of laundry room , which I was need. But it's not working because of some reasons. Breakfast. You can forget about meat , there is vegan breakfast ( sarcasm) . Guys at the reception was acting like saw a passport for the first time ( I prepared all pages , what they will need , in advance , but who cares . She was checking Turkish visa instead of Chinese). I was out from hotel from 12 to 15 pm and room wasn't cleaned. Few minutes ago they come to clean, when I'm out from shower and have no clothes to go out because of fkn laundry room is out of service. And if you like to take a **** without closing the door - this hotel for you. Thanks god I was here alone. No comb , no ear sticks , no fridger . From positive - robot bring your orders . Nice location without noise. Don't book this hotel for this money , not worth it

入住了杭州錢江世紀城開元酒店，這次體驗真的讓我印象深刻，忍不住要好好分享一下。先説位置，酒店地處錢江世紀城的核心地段，周邊配套設施超齊全。開車友好，免費停車。不管是去杭州的熱門景點，還是商務出行都很便捷。房間的品質更是讓我驚喜。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失格調。各種設施一應俱全，尤其是床品特別舒適，睡起來軟硬適中，晚上能享受到優質的睡眠。房間的衞生也打掃得非常乾淨，細節之處處理得很到位。餐飲方面，酒店的廳環境乾淨整潔，早餐菜品品質雖少但基本都是當地的特色小吃，可以嘗試一下他們的筍，炒的很好吃，筍很嫩。味道都很不錯。
酒店的休閑設施也很完善。健身房的器材很新且種類齊全，對於喜歡健身的人來説太友好了。
這次入住杭州錢江世紀城開元酒店，從環境到服務，從餐飲到設施，都給我帶來了超出預期的體驗，真的是一家值得推薦的優質酒店，下次來這邊還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！

這家酒店非常好前台小晴服務好，房間寬敞明亮，安靜、床鋪舒適、服務人員熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑設施，周邊環境很好，距離商場、博覽中心非常近，很值得推薦

室內禁煙是個擺設嗎，如果你們説禁煙就不要擺這種大型煙灰缸，是在給抽煙的人機會還是根本不想管，還是説直接投訴到禁煙相關單位才有效，住的最差的開元，就這點管理水平嗎？
