Poiché avevo fretta quando ho fatto il check-in, ho preso appuntamento con degli amici per cena la sera, ho posato i bagagli e sono uscito, quindi ho fatto il check-in senza controllare attentamente la stanza.Quando sono tornato in camera alle 22:00, il L'hotel aveva già effettuato il servizio di couverture e tutte le tende erano chiuse davanti alle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. C'era una lunga panca. Volevo sdraiarmi, così ho spostato il tavolino sopra. Poi ho visto un grande pozza di macchie di tè. Era molto sporca e mi influiva sull'umore. Ho scoperto anche che di giorno non si vedeva ed era bloccata dal tavolino. Era ancora più inutile. È senza parole coprire queste cose. Confronta le foto 1, 2 e 3. Ho prenotato una camera sul cortile perché spero di potermi godere il panorama del cortile, ma la cosa divertente è che i divani e gli sgabelli del cortile sono tutti sigillati, non dovrebbero essere riordinati se c'è qualcuno che soggiorna? E quando l'ho aperto manualmente era parecchio sporco e polveroso, il che mi ha lasciato senza parole, forse era solo per la vista! Poi è crollato anche il lavandino. Questa camera non è economica, non so perché l'ho prenotata, il servizio è nella media. L'unica cosa di cui sono rimasto soddisfatto è stata la colazione, ma mi sono sentito un po' amareggiato quando ho visto il direttore darsi da fare con gli altri, prendere il latte e versare il tè prima ancora di raggiungere il suo tavolo. Comunque non ci tornerò mai più e non lo consiglio. Dettagli dei servizi a Hangzhou. Ci sono troppi hotel con buoni servizi. Cosa significa? Solo per stare nello stesso hotel a Wan Chai? (alzare gli occhi)

1. Non c'è una sola parola educata su WeChat alla stazione principale e non ho nemmeno salutato. 2. In una mattina piovosa, ho preso i miei figli e ho aspettato il bus navetta per 15 minuti prima di andare alla Porta Nord per venirci a prendere e fare il check-in. Il motivo era che il bus navetta si era rotto ed era stato utilizzato un carrello della spesa venite a prenderci Il carrello era estremamente sporco. 3. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare 300 yuan per aver rotto il coperchio della teiera, ma me l'hanno confiscato e mi hanno dato una fattura gratuita. 4. Il riscaldamento dell'hotel mandava aria fredda, quindi ho chiamato la reception tre volte per ripararlo. 5. Il soffione della doccia all'altezza normale dell'hotel non produce acqua. Il soffione della doccia più basso richiede di chinarsi molto in basso per lavarsi i capelli e si sente un forte rumore. Ho chiamato la reception due volte prima che venisse riparato. Alla fine il bambino si addormentò nell'attesa e nessuno degli adulti fece il bagno. Dopo una lunga notte passata a rigirarsi senza riposarsi bene, la soluzione dell'hotel è offrire uno sconto del 10% e ricevere indietro 329 yuan. Basta esporre i fatti senza fare commenti.

L'hotel si trova in un parco paludoso e l'ambiente è naturale. Ma i servizi in camera non sono proporzionali al prezzo. C'era un barattolo di acqua vecchia e sporca in uno dei bagni quando abbiamo fatto il check-in. La frutta data dall'hotel aveva un odore strano, quindi l'abbiamo buttata via. Il viso della cameriera era estremamente lungo e non sorrideva. La temperatura a Hangzhou era alta il giorno del check-in e il cameriere non sapeva come accendere l'aria condizionata nella stanza. Ci sono pochi tipi di colazione

Ho prenotato una suite con due camere da letto, ma c'era un odore pungente nella stanza. Non sono riuscito a dormire bene quella notte. Ho segnalato il fatto all'hotel, ma l'hotel ha detto che probabilmente era a causa dell'umidità (suggerimento 1) ed era superficiale. Il giorno successivo, è stato nuovamente riferito (reclamo 2) che questa stanza era stata chiusa ed era stata aperta all'uso solo qualche tempo fa... Purtroppo più tardi ho notato che in una delle stanze c'era uno sterilizzatore d'aria e solo l'hotel sapeva cosa stava succedendo. Hanno preso un percorso esclusivo, hanno fatto cose sporche e hanno sprecato una buona posizione.

Simon was exceptional! Brought us around in a boat helped us take stunning photos and was just in every way possible made our stay superb! Would highly recommend a stay here. Worth every penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

poor toilet design. the toilet has bad ventilation and the drainage can be easily blocked. the shower door and floor is also poorly finished and water will easily overflow to outside.

What a great discovery this place was! Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh. As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special. As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day. Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary. Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers. Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed. Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her. The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons. It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable. If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant. Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times. That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.
