Non ho mai avuto una recensione della camera, ma questa volta devo farlo. Dì solo la verità. La posizione dell'hotel è davvero buona, a pochi passi dal mercato notturno di Wulin. Il mercato notturno è affollato da troppe persone. Questa è la mia sensazione. Non è troppo lontano dal Lago dell'Ovest. Parliamo dell'hotel. Servizi: è vecchio e antiquato. Un po' antico. Igiene: l'igiene è pessima quando ho fatto il check-in, gli asciugamani bianchi erano tutti neri, compresi i tavoli e gli armadietti. Sembra che non sia stato affatto strofinato. Ambiente: non rimanere al terzo piano al momento del check-in. Al momento del check-in, l'hotel non mi ha detto che la posizione della TV nella camera genitori-figli al terzo piano era nell'ascensore. Posso ancora accettare l'innocua sonorità di tutto ciò. Il motivo principale è che non mi era stato detto che al secondo piano c'era un KTV. Quando sono tornato a lavarmi verso le 9 di sera, ho iniziato a urlare a squarciagola al piano di sotto. Mia madre è scoppiata a cantarmela. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata è troppo rumorosa, come un bombardiere. Servizio: quando scendo a reclutare un cameriere, ha un buon atteggiamento. Soprattutto, sono così arrabbiato. Sono andato da un medico e ho avuto una distorsione alla vita. Il 301 era così rumoroso che mi hanno spostato al quinto piano. Come puoi immaginare, ho tirato fuori tutte le cose che non mi servono in albergo se ho un bambino con me. Sudavo ogni volta che mi muovevo e crollavo. Voglio davvero rimproverare le persone del Nordest per il loro carattere, ma devo sopportarlo per molto tempo. Non riuscivo a ottenere le cose e mio marito ha dovuto giocherellare con loro molte volte. Sono crollato e sono andato di sotto a chiedere aiuto al cameriere. Il mio atteggiamento è stato sempre molto buono. Mi hanno portato dell'acqua e mi hanno fatto dei regali. Prima di tutto non ne approfitto. Non voglio altro che delle scuse. Il manager mi ha chiamato il pomeriggio successivo per scusarsi e anche il suo atteggiamento è stato buono. Ho inviato due scatole di regali. Il tutto verrà restituito al momento del check out. Non ne ho bisogno, voglio solo poterlo fare. Dopotutto è un marchio. Ci sono foto e video qui sotto. Il video delle canzoni che ululano al piano di sotto è solo di riferimento. I due doni verranno restituiti per intero. La gente del Nordest non ne approfitterà. C'è una cosa da dire, ma l'atteggiamento del personale è abbastanza sincero e spero che derivi dalla sincerità. Spero che le persone che andranno lì in futuro avranno un buon ambiente Grazie.

This hotel is real value for money. The rooms are a reasonable size, its location is great and the staff are very helpful. It’s my number one choice of where to stay when I’m in Hangzhou.

We booked two rooms in this hotel, our rooms are neat and cleaned. The air con/heating temperature control in both rooms were not working as the room stay hot above 30degC which make it unpleasant.... disruptive sleep. We fedback the issue to the hotel and instead of addressing the issue, they asked us to turn off the air con/heating system and leave our room door open. This is not a solution as it affects privacy and practically of leaving the room door open in the middle of the night. Very poor customer service.

The location of the hotel is really good, however the environment is just average.

The location of Home Inn in Hangzhou is excellent. 3mins walk to the subway station and 1-2mins walk to the WuLin Night Market. However, the cleanliness could be improve, and the room facilities are a bit outdated.

Good location. Near night market, MTR and bus. Phone to front desk does not work. Had to go back down stairs to ask questions.

the window cannot open too widen out and it is very near to opposite room, the sound proof is not as good and quite noisy at night due to other hotel guest keep making noise. No proper control. Overall stay is ok due to its location.

Good location, we had fun at the night market. Lots of restaurants in the area so food was really easy. For a quick stop i would definitely recommend. It has everything you need for a night or two

We had a great time at the Home inn. The location is pretty good when travelling out to see other places. Very quick to get a taxi/Didi.

Everything is around the corner. Walking distance to west lake, night market, convenience shops and lots of food shops. Room is OK for price and location. Breakfast is ok for the price u pay. Will stay again.

Great room

It is very close to west lake and close/accessible to the walking street behind. The hotel cleanliness is not so good as the toilet wall have stains. WiFi can’t be connected as we do not have Chinese number.

Cleanliness really disappointed especially the toilet. Location is strategic as it is very near to fengqilu station (exit F) and walking distance (approx 15mins to 20mins) to Xihu.

Booked windows room but gave us fake windows instead. At reception, they did not inform us about centralised AC & how to control it. Intuitively, I turned on Cold AC setting only to emit hot air the entire night causing us to have a very bad sleep
