Good holiday experience in the hotel

3 really good things about the hotel - location, ambience, and service. Location - not exactly central to city center, but it's closeby, and accessible to most of the tourist spots. Getting a Didi to & fro the hotel is no issue at all, and rides are usually approx. 15mins traveling duration, depending on traffic & destination. Ambience - located higher up in the hill separates the hotel from the hustle and bustle of the city and the roads. It's secluded and well insulated, separating us from the traffic, and and the streets. Service - the front of house is immaculate. All very well-mannered and professional. They're very flexible as well as they waived the deposit from us due to an international payment issue, prioritizing the check in experience over the procedures. Overall if given a chance, we would definitely return for another stay!

Beautiful, serene resort. Perfect for a getaway. - Quiet luxurious fittings, including small amenities like Diptyque toiletries, bath salts and a Marshall speaker - Beautiful and historic property. Do check out the glass lounge with a 360 degree view of the hills - Attentive and helpful service - Breakfast is a nice touch with freshly prepared dishes you can order. We recommend the Western offerings like French toast and Eggs Benedict - Location is on a small hill and a steep climb, so you'll probably have to rely on taxis to get to and fro. About 20min to West Lake so not too far off!

We had the best time at Hupao Sisan 1934. The location is convenient to reach all the main attractions in the city without being in the hustle and bustle of the big city, but the true star is the beautiful original building from the 1930s. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and they also speak good English.

Great breakfast

A calming and quiet environment that is embedded in nature and obviously created with love. Perfectly located close to West Lake. Staff are so kind and went out of their way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back.

來杭州出差順便住一晚 正好是520 酒店送了一整瓶正裝香薰 服務非常好 從停車、接駁、check in、接待入住 都有專人帶着、介紹 體驗很好 Check in有送歡迎的龍井茶、糕點和水果（給的水果也都很好，並不敷衍 房間設計也都很喜歡 方方面面的細節都做得很好 Mini bar都可以飲用食用（這一點真的比同價位的五星級酒店好太多了 還配備了卸粧巾、衞生巾、戴森、marshall等物品 都比五星級酒店貼心多了 早餐是半自助式的 點餐的西式早餐很好吃 我老公點了兩次 自助的鮮榨果汁我很喜歡 純天然無添加 離開酒店的時候還送了布袋裝好的小禮物 很貼心 下次還想再住住別的房型！

很多人説夕上虎跑是第一眼美人。我倒覺得她的魅力在餘韻。置身其中，彷彿在第二居所，給予的舒適、自在、無拘無束，有一種温暖妥帖的氛圍呵護旅人身心。月芽餐廳融合中西又具當地特色，可以連吃三天不膩，很多本地人也會選擇在這裏歡聚。酒店服務人員熱情，客房阿姨利索，雖然沒有現在流行的主理人印跡，但這是一個優秀的團隊，他們**協力提供了舒適周到的服務，讓人賓至如歸。

這次去杭州很多朋友推薦這家！ 是網紅酒店，而且還有網紅餐廳。 酒店不是很大，但是每個地方都很出片，拍照很好看。 酒店的餐廳也不錯，菜品味道不錯都不用出去吃，就在酒店吃就可以 早餐也很別緻，值得推薦。
