Piccolo e gradevole ostello in bella zona fuori dal caos della città, metro lontana.

La stanza non è grande come previsto e non c'è l'ascensore. Le persone che trasportano bagagli di grandi dimensioni devono fare attenzione. Le scale sono relativamente strette quando salgono e scendono. Tieni presente che i gatti nel negozio sono liberi di muoversi l'igiene è scarsa, non è consigliabile, ho soggiornato con una famiglia che ha portato un bambino. Quando il bambino è uscito, il suo corpo era coperto di morsi rossi. L'igiene deve essere migliorata.

Risposta dalla struttura: Ci dispiace causarti eventuali disagi. La nostra casa è vicino al Lago dell'Ovest e circondata da una vegetazione lussureggiante. Se sei un repellente per le zanzare, forniamo acqua di toilette per respingere le zanzare! Abbiamo un cat café al primo piano. Ci sono gatti e sono stati tutti vaccinati. Non preoccuparti se i gatti non entrano nella stanza Faremo del nostro meglio per darti calore durante il tuo viaggio. Ma spero anche che tutti non siano schizzinosi e si capiscano a vicenda, così possiamo essere migliori~

There r lots kinds of craft beers. Vvvv amazing. And also comfortable and clean to stay for several days. Vvv near to the west lake. Almost 15min walk.

The room is not that big, but I like it v much. Very quiet and clean. And Free bath towel and kitchen. The host is also nice. I have sudden ulcer problem , she helps me with the pharmacy. Thxxxxxx!

The vibe around the hostel is very quiet and beautiful. I stayed here for a week during the spring festival. Everything is super good here.

very quite and nice places. There is washing machine in the hostel. 5 coins for each time. And free microwave and fridge. That’s so kind to me as a long vacation traveler! Highly recommended!

Pretty good location very near to the west lake. The host is really nice. You can ask her hundreds of questions. Though the room is small, it’s not big problem. 24h hot water and reception.

I like here very much! I'm not familiar with the pay and transport in China.The host is nice,help to save lots of time and money. The room is also cozy and suitable for me . If u r self travelling and don't require much condition, come here!

I was self traveling here, the vibe around the hostel is very quite. The single room is not very big but warm. The most important, the host offers English service.Omg that helps me a loooooot!

The hotel told us we would not be comfortable in such a small space. It did not look comfortable at all. We decided to find another place. We were unable to get our money back for the first night, but they also charged us for the second night. That was not right. Disappointed.

And can’t cancel the reservation. I suggest u to book extra room. But u refused. I promised to return the rest except the first night. But it needs u to contact the platform to require. Absolutely u didn’t do that. We received nothing. Also the platform tried to contact u to confirm , failed either. We suggest before reservation, it’s better to read the rules carefully in case to cause misunderstanding and inconvenience. Sorry again to

The hostel surely a distance from the nearest metro stations. However this hostel nearby to zhejiang university yuquang campus, if i don’t mistaken my spellings. Also no support in amenities like soap and shampoo. However the staff kind of friendly person. I hope there is a change in the next time.

Vvvvv good experience. Thumb up for the nice host. She helps book the tour, cheap and convenient. Also the room is clean and warm. There are more choices , if u don’t like the bunds sharing room. Not expensive for private room tho.
