Hotel location was very convenient, 30mins cab ride to hotel, very near to metro station and also about 20-30mins walk to 大莲花, 杭州奥体中心体育场, able to see a small section of the stadium from room window. Was there for Hua Chenyu concert. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple local type. Room does not have fridge.

Good hotel, location is not bad The staff doesn't speak English but is friendly and try to help. The room is specious and designed nicely.

good location, clean, and smooth check in

The service staff does not smile or welcome us each time we step in. The moment we open the door they will look up and faster look down. During check in the lady that served us was very unfriendly. They offered us free breakfast if we help to do a review we rejected the offer, immediately her attitude got worst. We booked for 4 paxs but only have 3 paxs set of tow and slippers. I called to request but didn’t come till my second call. But for location wise it is very close to the train station. And they provide nice hot tea at the lobby for guest.

Very spacious room, quite clean, adequate amenities with hairdryer etc. Only thing to note is no safe and no fridge in room.

Room is tidy, clean and quiet. The location is close to 2022 Asian Game spot theatre and convient to visit. But not easy to get taxi and book car.

第一次住庭院式酒店，環境還蠻好，走廊裏有爬滿綠植的籬笆、踩着碎石鋪成的小路有種回家的感覺，庭院的屏風後麪也許悄悄藏着故事呢～ 房間裏面設有一個露天小院。這個設計確實很妙，既能保留私密感，又能讓人在自然環境中放鬆聊天，尤其適合夜晚小聚或清晨喝茶～ 酒店主動幫我免費升級了早餐，也讓我感受到他們服務的用心。這種小而美的體驗真的會讓旅行幸福感飆升！棒棒噠！

離演唱會體育館地方很近，（特別貼心，演唱會當天入住的時候大廳在放黃老闆的歌）步行可至，杭州東站地鐵6號線6站路可達，去其他景區也方便，站內有美食一條街，出行和用餐都非常方便。房間乾淨。設施齊備，前台小陶服務不錯，非常滿意

我預訂的房型介紹説有30平 根本沒有 最多衹有20平左右，被套是破的補過的，衞生間更是小的離譜在裏面轉個身都費勁 下水道還有一股異味 體驗巨差，想燒個水喝水壺直接看得我沒有想法 衞生真的一般，這些就算了 半夜玻璃外面一直有聲響，隔音差的要死 搞的一晚上沒睡好，避坑避坑 黑名單酒店了。

房間衞生很堪憂，頭髮到處都能看到，床頭還有煙灰沒打掃乾淨，這個衞生情況很難匹配三百多的價格，還有我明明在前台交代過車牌要出去的事情，轉頭到收費口還是需要自付，後面車一直在催衹能付掉了，雖然錢不多但是這個入住感受真的是一言難盡。
