Very friendly and attentive front of house staff. The manager in particular went out of her way to make my stay memorable.

Hotel was easy to find and was close to the subway station. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Reception staff is the best staff I have ever seen in all my travels across the world and even compared to the other Hilton hotels we have stayed at. At the front desk Ms Mao Yingying and her other colleagues went out of their way to help us and make us have a restful and lovely holiday. Even the housekeeping staff and the staff at the cafe are very warm and helpful. I will surely return here for another holiday and recommend this hotel as Must Stay Hotel for all my friends. Thank you very much Hampton by Hilton!

可能是年久失修，在杭州，歡朋？住過歡朋最差的一次體驗，沒有之一。 房間：空間比較小，酒店浴巾基本不用，但是這個浴巾？可能是網購的原因。最讓人受不了的是餐廳，9點用餐，黃瓜洋葱⭕都蔫了，涼菜熱菜幾乎沒有了，可能是生意不好控制量。前台餐廳服務沒有問題，餐廳阿姨很親切，前台服務也很細心。

地毯很多污漬 電視屏幕一層灰 鼻炎患者慎住 隔音不行 隔壁和窗外噪音聽的一清二楚 睡眠輕的人慎住 走廊一股潮味 房間一股廁所味 前台冷臉 早餐幾乎所有食物都是涼涼的 半顆星是給早餐廳迎賓阿姨的 態度非常熱情

酒店房間寬敞明亮，衞生做的很好，早餐中規中矩，有各種小甜品和咖啡酸奶或中餐都可選，水果很新鮮，酒店整體服務態度很滿意，特別是瑩瑩有耐心，讓人心裏很温暖，感謝！

酒店沒有合適的房間，酒店也未提前告知，因入住較晚，衹能勉強挑間房間入住！房間靠近電梯口，隔音效果又極差，晚上門口還有撞擊聲，基本就是花錢睜眼睡覺！衞生間有對外的窗户並且百葉窗是七扭八歪的，牆上的便簽寫的是夏季，感覺應該很久沒有人入住了！晚上送的山葯粥，山葯是發黑的！早餐，也性價比也不高！與同價位的酒店相比，不符合老牌酒店以及旅遊城市的定位和運河也沒太大關係！如對出行品質有追求不建議入住！

之前出差住過，是這個區域內最好的酒店了。房間很大！特大床真的也超級大~~喜歡死~即使一個人住也需要舒服呀。 比較喜歡他們乾濕分離設計，整體房間格局做的比較好，很方正的房間，住着就不會壓抑。 工作到凌晨，用小機器人送宵夜，很方便呀~~ 另外會選擇的原因就是這個價位，早餐不錯，種類多，中西都有。酒店早飯截止時間是10點，我差不多9點45去的，工作人員還是很熱情！菜品和飲品也充足，這點很滿意。下次應該還是會選這家入住。
