Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou East Station

Viaggiare di fretta per abbinare il periodo di tempo della ferrovia ad alta velocità...Quindi ho prenotato l'holidayinn qui...La hall è molto facile da usare e dispone di un bar self-service e il caffè Ruixing self-service Starren sono molto adatto...La stanza in genere è più simile a una comoda... Le funzioni di base sono tutte...Il servizio è notevole...perché è il turno di mattina e l'Alta Velocità è troppo tardi per fare colazione. ..La reception dell'hotel mm è molto gentile per aiutarmi a preparare un drink per la colazione, yogurt alla frutta e pasticcini. Non mancano... .Come un servizio così premuroso...

Nel complesso soddisfacente, ottima posizione, soprattutto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Hangzhou East, con lavanderia self-service e altri servizi. Sfortunatamente, dopo essere rimasto per alcune ore, non ho avuto un'esperienza attenta. Piccolo frigorifero lodato

Pulire. Ordinato. Anche i dettagli della stanza sono ben fatti. La ragazza alla reception era molto attenta ed entusiasta. Dopo l'iscrizione, ha anche inviato bevande e aggiornato gratuitamente la camera. C'è un ristorante al piano di sotto dell'hotel, c'è anche un centro commerciale accanto, ed è anche molto vicino a Vientiane Place. Sono circa 10 minuti a piedi. È solo che è più lontano dalla stazione est di quanto immaginassi. Non è realistico camminare se trascini i bagagli. Meglio prendere un taxi, 10 minuti.

La colazione è ok e il parcheggio è gratuito. Li Tao alla reception è bello e ha un buon atteggiamento di servizio. Ho fumato e ho aggiornato gratuitamente la mia piccola suite.

Ci sono zanzare in estate. Può prestarci attenzione prima di effettuare il check-in? Se non hai dormito bene tutta la notte, fissa la borsa. Troppo depresso.

Good location. Easy access to train station. Many food surrounding.

Great place and rates

The hotel is located next to a mall which is excellent for us. We had our meals at the restaurants there for 3 nights trying the local cuisine. There is a local supermarket at the basement of the mall where I bought a few local sweets to bring back as gifts for friends. We bought the local mandarins (cuties) and mangoes to try. The staff here is impeccable and I would give 10/10 for their great service. The staff like Ms Pretty ( if I spell correctly) went the extra mile. She would translate the names of places of interest (in English) to Mandarin. She gave us the map of Hnagzhou and highlighted the places of interest when we asked for advice. Then she would call a taxi for us (using the local apps) and personally escort us to the taxi to tell the driver (in Mandarin) to take us to the place of interest we wanted to see. She spoke to us in English so there is no communication barrier. This is an awesome hotel I would highly recommend as a Singaporean traveller as the room is clean and the location is fantastic.

It’s okay for a short stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to the railway station. Not sure if this is for all the rooms but my room 909 did not have functional A/C controls. When I asked front desk they said it should work and they’ll get someone to adjust it. What that ended up meaning was turning the fan controls to max (even tho i’ve tried that), opening up the windows to let the smog, heat and humidity in, and put an electric fan in the room. The actual room temperature never went below 22.8C which sounds okay except it was humid, stuffy and felt a lot warmer than that. The hallway was cooler than my room. There is no gym, not even a small one. When I checked in, there was a group ahead of me and even though I had walked up to the desk separately there was zero acknowledgment. So I thought the guy was just busy finishing up his work. Then someone behind me came to retrieve luggage and it wasn’t until I asked is this check in that he finally realized I wasn’t part of the previous group. He could’ve easily at least acknowledged my presence to avoid this type of confusion. Overall the only benefit is the close proximity to the railway station but otherwise I would not recommend staying here.
