I had a great time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is quite convenient as it's not too far from downtown and sightseeing places like the West Lake and there is a metro station quite close to it (about 10 minute walk). It's clean and there is no cigarette smoke.The staff are friendly and helpful. My initial room was facing the street and I asked them to give me a more quite one, which they kindly obliged. I would recommend it to others and I would book it again if I ever visit Hangzhou.👌

Durante le vacanze del Festival di Primavera di quest'anno, mi sono imbattuto per caso nell'Hangzhou Huanglong Xinyatu Hotel, inaugurato nel 2025. In sole due notti, ho sentito il calore di casa. Appena entrato nell'hotel, la signora alla reception mi ha accolto calorosamente, si è presa l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a trasportare i bagagli e li ha addirittura spediti in camera. Al momento del check-in, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso nello scoprire che l'hotel aveva già preparato per me uno squisito regalo di benvenuto: un piatto di frutta fresca, bevande speciali e un bicchiere d'acqua semplice ma di alta qualità. Questa premura dissipò all'istante la fatica del viaggio. Quando ho lasciato l'hotel, non potevo davvero sopportare di separarmi dalla tazza, così ho chiesto al personale di aiutarmi a spedirla. Inaspettatamente, la signorina vide quanto mi piacesse il bicchiere d'acqua e me ne diede un altro. Sono rimasto profondamente toccato da questa inaspettata gentilezza. Anche la cena servita in hotel è straordinaria, con un'ampia varietà di piatti sontuosi, dalle squisite prelibatezze cinesi alla speciale cucina occidentale, tutti puliti, igienici e ricchi di sapore. L'esperienza di questo soggiorno è stata perfetta. Sia per il servizio attento e premuroso, sia per l'alta qualità della ristorazione, le persone si sono sentite molto a loro agio. Ho deciso segretamente che la prossima volta che verrò a Hangzhou, questo posto sarà comunque la mia prima scelta!

Il servizio della signorina Reception è molto buono. Mi aiuterà a aggiornare il modello della camera gratuitamente. La mia vendita è messo in basso e lei aiuterà a portare alla porta. Questa stanza è una persona o due persone che vivono molto bene. È molto spazio, è molto luminoso, è anche un ottimo ambiente. L'igiene è molto pulita. La stanza è fatta di secco. Il bagno separato è un cappello intelligente molto piace. Anche i forniture monouso sono completi. Il letto è molto comodo e sta dormindo da giorni 🥳
