I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

非常失望，攜程的亞洲温泉100排名大失水準，酒店晚餐特別少難得沒吃飽，湯也很差作為一個幾十個房間的大酒店，露天温泉只有一個小木桶，也毫無風景。關鍵是價格還特別高

非常好的飯店，氣氛也很好，庭院景色也很美！

一泊二食，完美的日本温泉之旅。

スタンダード和室に泊まりました。部屋も広く、窓から見える景観もスタッフの対応もとても良かったです。大浴場に数種類のシャンプートリートメントも完備しており、泉質が今までで入った中でもとろとろ感がスゴく、更に朝食も豪華でビックリしました。

貴有貴的道理，非常日式，服務、温泉、設施都非常好，五鑽非常值得信賴。

外飯店質感極佳，員工又非常親切有禮，給人感覺非常舒服，餐食的部分也很棒👍這次是櫻花季來，之後想要楓葉季再來～

宿泊当日サイトから予約しました。 色々と柔軟な対応をしていただけました。 館内はとても閑静で落ち着いてすごせました。 大浴場も至れり尽せりで多数のシャンプーやトリートメントが用意されたり　泉質もとても良くアメニティも完璧でした。 驚いたのは着替えのカゴの下に鍵付きのケースが備えられていたので防犯上の整備もきちんとしていると思いました。 温泉もお食事もとても満たされて満足でした 次もまた利用したいです。

Possibly the best experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The ambiance when you walk in is peaceful and almost spiritual. The room I had was apartment sized with its own onsen and dining room for which we had a 9 course dinner served to us as well as breakfast the following morning. We had our own assistant who looked after us every step of our stay. The hotel had amazing central garden with snow covered forest surrounding which made it even more cosy. I decided to use the in house onsen to try the larger hot pools which was equally relaxing as our in room smaller one. The food, service and experience was out of this world and highly recommended.

Visited in March 2023 for a family event, and didn't book this hotel myself so wasn't sure to expect. But.. wow! One of my favourite visits to a ryokan in Japan. First and foremost, the staff were all kind and extremely friendly. Particularly the lady who served us our wonderful kaiseki meal in a stunning huge private dining area. We ate in the same room the following morning for breakfast, which was equally delicious, and once more the staff were lovely. Enjoyed the coffee service sitting in the lobby before we left, so relaxing. We stayed in a comfortable and large Japanese style room with futons, the bedroom was very good. Most of all I think the location and ambience of this hotel makes it one of my favourites. There's a wonderful courtyard-esque area near the lobby with a stunning view, and it appeared to have large lanterns that are likely lit during the evening time (I didn't see this myself). Overall, this place makes for a great experience in Iwate and the staff and food are A***.

食事とお風呂が素晴らしい。食事は味もさることながら、量がちょうどよいというか絶妙でした。お風呂もとろとろの湯で露天風呂では庭の松の木も楽しめてよかったです。アメニティも充実していて、お風呂にタオルとバスタオルが備え付けてあって、手ぶらでお風呂に行ける。これもすごくよかったです。

2度目の利用です。 半露天付き客室でした。 温泉はとろみのあるアルカリ泉でした。 大浴場にはサウナもありました。 ゆっくりできました。 夕食は部屋食でしたが、朝食は食事会場で頂きました。 どちらも美味しく頂きました。

娘の誕生日プレゼントで半露天風呂付きの部屋に2泊させていただきました。大浴場や部屋のアメニティが揃っており、手ぶらで大浴場に行けるなどサービスが良く大満足してました。食事の量もちょうど良くお部屋でゆっくり食べられ、朝食も混雑していなかったので静かな中でゆっくり食べられました。部屋のドライヤーも大浴場と同様程度の物になると使い勝手が良いかな…と感じてしまいましたが、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
