Hotel in zona Marché central, Hammamet

Ragazzi! Se stai progettando di visitare Hammamet che l'Hotel Bel Azur sarà certamente la migliore scelta. Tutto è lì. Mi è davvero divertito la piscina del Thalasso Seawater (indoor & outdoor) con le splendide viste del Mediterraneo. Anche le tariffe di accesso sono affidabili. Molto consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso piccolo hotel dotato di ogni comfort più volte e non siamo mai stati delusi,anzi ci sono sempre delle piccole migliorie,come il frigo in camera,letti comodi,per non parlare dell'ottimo qualità del cibo e l'accuratezza nella preparazione. La cortesia e l'amabilita del personale rende il soggiorno un vero piacere. C'è anche una piscina,il mare e la Medina sono raggiungibili a piedi. È la parrucchiera è anche lei veramente amabile. Ad Hammamet l'hotel Romane sarà sempre il nostro posto preferito.

Il ristorante è molto curato e il cibo è buono. Sopratutto i spaghetti con la bottarga. I servizi sulla spiaggia sopratutto da Karim e Lotfi (Ludovico) sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. La musica nel bar è molto piacevole.

devo dire prima di tutto che scrivo questa recensione con enorme dispiacere visto che io al Radisson ho trascorso non meno di 300 gg in soggiorno per motivi lavorativi. Ci sono tornato il 5 luglio e già al primo impatto ho avuto qualche problema perchè ad cliente 'platinum' non chiedi il pagamento del soggiorno dopo 5 minuti che si presenta alla reception . . . va beh ! Ho riscontrato un decadimento verticale a livello pulizia, professionalità e soprattutto a livello amministrativo, perchè al check-out dopo che ti chiedo la fattura per 2 camere con il soggiorno totalmente pagato e gli extra pagato per ½ . . . tu non puoi dopo 1 ora (60 minuti) presentarmi una fattura con gli extra totali più una camera da pagare ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ho discusso 40 minuti e alla fine ho detto loro che avrei pagato soltanto gli extra (394 Dt) e che sicuramente avrei fatto presente a chi di dovere l'incapacità degli addetti amministrativi a gestire questo problema. A me spiace dover lamentarmi anche perchè per anni ho utilizzato questa struttura con enorme soddisfazione, purtroppo questa volta mi sono dovuto ricredere. La sola cosa che funziona perfettamente o quasi è il ristorante dove lo chef è un professionista con i fiocchi, il mangiare è super e la scelta veramente esagerata. Unico neo è che all'entrata del ristorante devo trovare il 'caporale di giornata' che mi avvisa che mancano 5 minuti, 4 minuti , 7 minuti alle 19.00 . . . . Cos'è una caserma ?? Pago 125 €/giorno e devo accettare questo pure ?? Non vorrei dimenticare il 'dress code', una parvenza di decoro etc. Al ristorante i più arrivano con le infradito e le canotte . . . . ma quello che mi ha dato più fastidio è il fatto di accettare clienti con il 'burkini' in piscina. Inaccettabile, ok per il mare ma in piscina preferirei non trovarli con il massimo rispetto per il loro credo religioso . . . . Chiudo sperando che questa mia osservazione venga presa per quello che è e cioè una 'lamentela' di un cliente piuttosto insoddisfatto. Buon lavoro e spero di tornare a settembre come vs cliente e ricredermi su quanto sopra !

We decided to leave this hotel after the first night... I think the hotel could be good for ppl who do not like any entertainment during the day or the evening and who don't care about certain things... There were a lot of older guests with their respective caregivers, maybe that is their clientèle they r aiming for... But for a regular working person who just wants to have a nice vacation from work and so on, I do not recommend this hotel at all! For starters, the lady at the reception was super unfriendly, which is actually rare for tunisians, so that's a special... When we naively suggested we could be heading to the restaurant for lunch until our rooms are ready (since we arrived during lunch time and check in time is also before lunch is over), she schooled us like small children that we would only get dinner on the first day (the tone in which it was said was tbe main issue)...when I later asked for a second card for the room, she felt it was necessary to comment - again in a schooling way - that they normally do not give out second cards... But at no point would she have taken the time to explain how to get to the beach or that there is a small shuttle vehicle for example... Also, they make you email them the scan of your voucher resp. The booking confirmation to them via email as soon as you arrive, which makes no sense at all since they already confirmed your reservation by looking you up in the system. And ofc this had to be done immediately and fast, and again in this unpleasant tone... Then, during dinner, there was no vegetarian food at all. Every pizza or every quiche had either fish, chicken or another meat in it. The only vegetarian thing were potatoes and 1-2 other isolated veggies. When you ask the staff if the quiches/ tajines contain meat or fish, they either don't know or annoyingly say ”it's fine, its with chicken”... They don't seem to have had the best training and some of them even struggle with french... Also, the person i was staying with tried the fish and it was completely overcooked and burnt. The staff/waiters are generally stressed and unorganized and keep you waiting during the whole meal to finally serve you the overpriced water of bottle that you need to pay extra. Then, all the waiters at the bar keep you waiting for an eternity as well. And all the drinks are hugely overpriced, and you are not allowed to bring your own drinks... It's rly not a good deal, and it's better to just go to an all inclusive resort where you might pay more for the night but it's actually cheaper when compared with drink prices (even when only buying non-alcoholic drinks) and ofc more convenient! Then, there is zero entertainment during the day or the night... There is just a pool and some completely abandoned bars. Then, the corridors are not air conditioned and there was always a very bad smell in a certain corridor no matter what time of the day... And the beach isn't nice either... Hotel rooms little dated, the staff are amazing honestly they are so so good with the children, yes some can't speak English but they try an understand the basics. We all loved our first family hoilday aboard And made life time friend with a staff member already trying to book to go back next year honestly amazing. The only down side we had as a family with sen child is the food if you have or no sen children you no beige is there way we'll they didn't have none of that expected as different county but hats off to the chief who cooked chips every night for my sen child with no bother at all we are all so sad to be home thanks again specially AMER FARHAT

Gli ambienti interni e le camere da letto sono un po' vecchi e andrebbero rinnovati. Belli gli spazi esterni, le le due piscine all'aperto e la vicina spiaggia, con ombrelloni e lettini disponibili. Stupenda e rilassante la piscina coperta con acqua marina e solarium, anche se gli orari di utilizzo sono un po'ristretti e i getti d'acqua non vengono accesi. La spa è eccellente e i prezzi ragionevoli. Buona l'animazione e le attività che l'hotel offre gratuitamente ai propri ospiti. I bambini si divertono moltissimo. Decisamente da migliorare la cucina; ci sono alcune cose buone ma nel complesso la qualità è mediocre; tende inoltre ad essere ripetitiva e un po' pesante. Il personale della reception parla italiano. Il personale in generale è cortese.

Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is  friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer.  Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h
