Room was great clean and spacious with updated furniture. Comfy bed. Furniture showing lots of water damage. Water service was cut off in the morning, we only learned this upon arrival which would have informed our hotel choice. Hot tub and pool are nice and modern but the facilities really needed a solid clean. Staff lovely.

We came specifically to use the pool and hot tub. The pictures were very deceiving. The pool wasn't much bigger then the hot tub. The chlorine stench was so strong our eyes were burning and they refused to open the door to outside. They also didn't have any clean towels.

Great soundproofing, you cannot hear anything in the room which was lovely. The location is perfect for a night or 2 en route to Niagara Falls. Our room was on the ground floor. The room had almost everything you need - no kettle though. The shower wasn't particularly powerful either and no bath. We tried to order room service a few times but no one answered the phone, so we went to Moxies, the food was good but I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the service there. Walmart and McDonald's is just across the road which was great. I'd say all in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
