Decorazione carina. Situazione primaria, ma basicamente nessuna attrezzatura. La palestra e il lavandino sono come le microspazi e si sente come la gente vive lì. L'hotel ha un strano aroma e odore come una casa di infermeria. Inoltre non hanno servizio in camera, bottiglie d’acqua all’interno della stanza, e non vendono macchine per snack o bevande. Quindi se siete affamati o sete in mezzo alla notte siete soli.

This place is so convenient. Easy valet parking. We self parked in the garage - plenty of spots - but then we saw how quick and easy the valet is so next time we will valet! Location is in a fun area with lots of shops. Easy to get to all the Cincy highlights. It seems like it might be noisy but our room was very quiet at night. They have a small but clean pool, a small but easy and friendly coffee shop, and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but bed was comfy. One note: we only had one USB port in the whole room 😄. Lesson learned: always bring plug-ins for your devices. There were plenty of outlets. The hydrangeas in front of the hotel were so stunning!

Bella hotel. il costo è molto competitivo e il colazione è alos delizioso.

Questa è la mia prima volta al Residence Inn/The Phelps e mi sono divertita molto, la mia stanza era pulita e fresca e aveva una bella vista sulla Grande Torre americana. Ottimo servizio da tutto ciò che ho incontrato: Kat, Kathleen Styers, Mikayla Austin e Frances Lawton. Inoltre, il valletto (sfortunatamente non conosco il suo nome) era amichevole e attento. Guardando in attesa di tornare qui in futuro.

Customer service is wonderful here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and beds were comfy too! Jacob deserves a raise he was so great! We will be back next time we are around. The location is great too close to many food options and close to kings island theme park
