Mostly good - but our shower made a whistling noise while we used it - made it for an annoying shower time. Facility is fairly old but otherwise very clean. Staff is very friendly.

Hotel was overall clean. We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights at this location. Breakfast was hot, but not much for selection and menu didn't seem to change. Our first room beds were very uncomfortable. Beds in the second room were a tad better. Neither room had enough blankets to use for the pull out sofa nor enough towels for number of guests in room. Stay felt more like a 2 star hotel with the Hyatt name on it. Staff was friendly. We would consider staying again if traveling through the area.

The staff were extremely helpful, caring, and polite. The staff went over and above to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Hyatt.

The Cleanliness or lack there of was a big concern. The Room bedding was stained and contained hair (unchanged from last guest). The bathroom was dirty. Several of the staff members were rude and unwelcoming. They made us feel like we were inconveniencing them when we made minor request for linen or Receipts. The bathroom lack ventilation so when taking a shower the moisture from the steam quick collected into water running down the walls and wetting the floor. the sink and tub drains flow was adequate so our feet were in water during showers and sink retained water during teeth brushing.

I travel to Cincinnati a few times a month and will always stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the service is beyond exceptional. Everything about this hotel has been great.

Convenient location, close to expressway, yet quiet and safe. Walking distance to Starbucks and a few other restaurants. Great value for the money.
