Hotel in zona ZCT GmbH, Amburgo

Hotel, Zimmer, Service - alles perfekt. Leider war es etwas außerhalb, was für einen Altstadtbesuch ohne eigenes Fahrzeug nicht von Vorteil ist, zumal auch noch 2 U-Bahnhöfe gesperrt waren. Für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt perfekt, aber wenn man Abends mal den Hafen o. ä. besichtigen möchte, oder mal ins Nachtleben (ohne Kiez - verrückte Leute sehe ich jeden Tag) eintauchen möchte (Barbesuch, an der Alster sitzen etc.) nicht sehr günstig gelegen. Trotzdem komme ich gerne wieder.

Abbiamo fatto una visita di fine settimana qui e abbiamo cercato tre camere in posizione centrale. La posizione centrale era ... notte sola davanti alla porta della casa ... Limitata ...Molto strani compagni ... Ma l'hotel non può fare nulla per questo. Tuttavia, il posto nel parcheggio di 1,80 m di altezza costò immediatamente 10€/notte. Purtroppo anche parcheggio nelle vicinanze. In tutte le camere, tutti, ci aspettavano bagno freddo, tutti i riscaldamento non funzionavano. In un armadio, la porta era stata spezzata e si e' messo in camera pericolosa. Tutto profuma dopo fumo freddo, anche se è un hotel non fumatori ... La corona è stata la colazione ... Molto trasparente ... Comparabile con cantina senza posti a sedere sufficienti ... Purtroppo non va affatto ... Personale molto gentile e sforzato ... Ma stiamo cercando ci ha dato un'altra cosa per il prossimo viaggio ...

La sala d'ingresso fa aspettare un sacco di cose. Flair internazionale. La stanza è stata seguita da nuda. È stata attrezzata in modo rustico. A 30 gradi, ero ansiosa di avere un aerazione. Disfunzione. Ho dovuto dormire la notte con le finestre aperte e l'illuminazione permanente che passava dalle luci della strada, ma il rumore uniforme della autostrada che ora è chiaramente sentito ha contribuito a smettere un po'. Se volessi nascondere un cadavere, lo farei nella stanza 408 dell'Hotel Panorama sotto il letto. La sporcizia sotto e il serbatoio di una bottiglia di bevande mi fanno ricordare che da tempo non c'era più nessun uomo con un detergente. Il viaggiatore fame, qui e là, trova ancora residui di chip o torta di viaggiatori meglio attrezzati che abitavano prima di lui. Il buffet di colazione più visibile la mattina seguente mi ha ricevuto con alcuni contenitori vuoti (marmelada di fragole, succo multivitaminico). La richiesta di riempimento è stata ascoltata, ma non c'era volontà di rispettare il tempo, la forza o il materiale. Dopo tutto, il caffè preparato in una scansione termica ha dato un sacco di ”perspectiva” e ha impedito di guardare il pavimento della mia tazza. Un ultimo consiglio: non rispondere alla signora al commutatore quando si controlla fuori! Ha cose importanti da fare e può solo difficilmente e con poca gioia dedicarsi ai desideri sgradevoli degli ospiti in partenza.

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

tutto quello che mi serviva ha funzionato, fate solo attenzione che i bagni migliori son esterni, sul piano, se avete bisogno di spazio la scelta del coso di metallo sotto al letto è discutibile, ma almeno il mio lucchetto ci stava location è superba, c'è un sacco di roba da fare e visitare nei dintorni, c'è la stazione, bar per la colazione, il penny per far la spesa, tutto cuscino era un po' strano, ma alla fine il suo lavoro l'ha fatto

Zum Preis ist das Hotel ganz okay. Das beste ist die Lage: etwa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur U-Bahn, etwa 100 m zu dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie, dem Apotheker und ganz viele Restaurants (z.B. vietnamesisches, persisches, libanesisches, türkisches) Aber bestimmt ist das Hotel nicht perfekt. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist winzig und es fehlt ein Stuhl. Es gibt nur zwei Polsterhocker. So unbequem! Es gibt keinen Eisenbügel, Kaffeemacher oder Wasserkocher. Abends ist das Esszimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftraum geschlossen. Also keinen Platz für eine Besprechung oder außerhalb dem Zimmer zu arbeiten. Aber wenn man vorhat, im Zimmer nur zu schlafen und baden, dann geht es ganz gut.

Le porte si spaccano molto, se non si chiudevano attentamente, quindi dimenticate un bucato.Il colazione era caotico, solo una macchina da caffè con lunghe coperte, non abbastanza tazze, e non abbastanza bicchieri per il succo. Quando chiedo un bicchiere (in tedesco) ho una risposta ”non molto bello”, quindi prenoterei senza colazione e prenderò uno in una delle molte bacche che troverai ovunque in Germania con un ottimo pane tedesco e buon caffè a un terzo del prezzo, senza cucinare. Rimasto qui prima, l'ultima volta era meglio .....

OK - es sind immer noch die Möbel, die ich noch aus der Zeit kannte, als es das Forum Hotel war. Und das ist schon sehr lange her. Aber im Herbst soll die Renovierung losgehen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Ich habe ein schönes Zimmer bekommen mit schönem Ausblick zur Stadt. Leider wird sehr viel gebaut, so dass man beim nächsten Mal vielleicht gar nicht mehr bis zur Elbe gucken kann. Schade. Dieses Mal gab es sogar einen Vorgang, der dicht war. Bis auf den Wasserdruck (15. Stock) der Dusche war alles in Ordnung. Aber das ist naturgegeben und damals kein Standard. Überrascht war ich beim Frühstück. Neben dem freundlichen Personal, das schnell abräumte, war das Angebot sehr vielseitig. Ich hatte nachgefragt: die Frikadellen schmeckten wie selbst gemacht (verbrannte Zwiebelstücke) und nicht nach Convenience. Aber man wollte sich nicht mit fremden Federn schmücken und meinten, dass es doch Convenience sei. Aber es war alles sehr gut. Ich werde wieder das Hotel mehr in meinen Fokus setzen, wenn ich wieder in Hamburg bin.

Ottima posizione, dato che ci piace camminare, altrimenti c'è una stazione ferroviaria nelle vicinanze... Possiamo solo valutare il servizio dal check-in e dal check-out: molto gentile, cordiale, ti senti benvenuto... molto pulito all'arrivo, non lamentarti circa, ma la carta che è caduta sul pavimento tra i letti era ancora lì quando siamo partiti, non è stata spazzata o aspirata... sembra carino ma molto poco lusinghiero... Abbiamo trascorso giorni molto belli, sceglierei di nuovo l'hotel alla nostra prossima visita, grazie

Ottimo albergo. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Berliner Tor. Posizione tranquilla e sicura. Vicino a una serie di altri hotel. Camera di buone dimensioni, molto pulita, letto molto comodo e lenzuola e federe di cotone di buona qualità. Colazione fantastica. Il personale era molto disponibile e anche efficiente. Un buon posto dove stare
