Hotel in zona Wochenmarkt am Goldbekufer, Amburgo

Vorrei lasciarvi una linea per farvi sapere, il modo tranquillo e aziendale che la signorina Esther mi ha fatto rispondere al telefono, mi ha aiutato a spedire un pacchetto che era stato lasciato lì da un collega di mia madre durante un soggiorno precedente. Quando ho chiamato l'hotel per organizzare il trasporto, lei ascoltava immediatamente la mia richiesta e era disponibile a darmi le istruzioni e l'aiuto necessario. Vorrei dire che oggi i professionisti come lei si incontrano sempre meno, e per questo ringrazio molto lei per l'aiuto e il professionalismo che mi ha dimostrato.

tutto quello che mi serviva ha funzionato, fate solo attenzione che i bagni migliori son esterni, sul piano, se avete bisogno di spazio la scelta del coso di metallo sotto al letto è discutibile, ma almeno il mio lucchetto ci stava location è superba, c'è un sacco di roba da fare e visitare nei dintorni, c'è la stazione, bar per la colazione, il penny per far la spesa, tutto cuscino era un po' strano, ma alla fine il suo lavoro l'ha fatto

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Booked here for a business trip. All was generally fine with the hotel. You need to climb a fair number of steep steps to the rooms. Overall: Clean room, comfy bed, desk to work from, good shower. The only oddity was that I had to check-in with a sister hotel across the road (Hotel Residence), where the staff were friendly and the check-in was quick.

Zum Preis ist das Hotel ganz okay. Das beste ist die Lage: etwa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur U-Bahn, etwa 100 m zu dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie, dem Apotheker und ganz viele Restaurants (z.B. vietnamesisches, persisches, libanesisches, türkisches) Aber bestimmt ist das Hotel nicht perfekt. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist winzig und es fehlt ein Stuhl. Es gibt nur zwei Polsterhocker. So unbequem! Es gibt keinen Eisenbügel, Kaffeemacher oder Wasserkocher. Abends ist das Esszimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftraum geschlossen. Also keinen Platz für eine Besprechung oder außerhalb dem Zimmer zu arbeiten. Aber wenn man vorhat, im Zimmer nur zu schlafen und baden, dann geht es ganz gut.

Per una notte a Amburgo era tutto a posto! Avevamo la stanza direttamente sulla strada con un'autobus molto forte, quindi purtroppo non potevamo lasciare la finestra su aperta per tutta la notte! La camera è piccola, ci era consapevole, ma avremmo aspettato un po' di più! Il letto è molto stretto per due persone, ma per una notte va bene! Non possiamo dire niente a cena, perché non abbiamo mangiato all'hotel! Il bagno era pulito e ci ha raggiunti. Purtroppo l'entrata del parcheggio non era ben indicata, quindi abbiamo dovuto andare in giro per il blocco! Il personale è stato gentile all'arrivo e all'uscita! Sarebbe stato bello avere ancora un accesso al WiFi nella stanza, forse si potrebbe cambiare!

The hotel is tidy, but outdated. For me, the most important thing is that the venue is tidy, so the weariness didn't bother me too much. What bothered me though, was the fact that I didn't get a room on a high level, though I asked for it. So, what happened, was that the guest above me was quite loud. In the mornings, he started to march in the room, so that I couldn't sleep. What was much worse was that on one early morning (betw. 5 and 6 am), the couple above started to fight. It was loud and frightening and lasted a long time. Naturally, this was not the hotel's fault, but is one reason I usually ask for a room as high as possible, not near the elevators. Also on other mornings, at Novum families with children woke me up, while going to the breakfast. It was quite load in the corridor. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps it's better not to choose this hotel. Otherwise, it was nice, breakfast was good and one person in the reception staff was very nice.

Hotel, Zimmer, Service - alles perfekt. Leider war es etwas außerhalb, was für einen Altstadtbesuch ohne eigenes Fahrzeug nicht von Vorteil ist, zumal auch noch 2 U-Bahnhöfe gesperrt waren. Für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt perfekt, aber wenn man Abends mal den Hafen o. ä. besichtigen möchte, oder mal ins Nachtleben (ohne Kiez - verrückte Leute sehe ich jeden Tag) eintauchen möchte (Barbesuch, an der Alster sitzen etc.) nicht sehr günstig gelegen. Trotzdem komme ich gerne wieder.

Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere sono molto calde e pulite e la posizione è semplicemente perfetta, letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria centrale! Puoi camminare ovunque dall'hotel o prendere il treno ovunque in città e il treno diretto per l'aeroporto in soli 30 minuti! Ci tornerei volentieri ❤️
