The hotel City Meet Point has no lounge, no restaurant room, there is no where to meet other guests, the hotel is not a meet point! The Hotel City Meet Point is operated by Afghanistan people, all the staff are men. The hotel staff are unfriendly and discriminate, and if you are black or a woman do not book this hotel, the Afghanistan men have no respect for women! I made a mistake and paid for 7 nights in advance, when i found the conditions of the hotel after one night, i asked the hotel i wanted to leave and asked the hotel for refund, but they refused. i stayed for 7 nights and bed sheets were not changed and the room was never cleaned! Most of the 5/5 reviews are by the hotel staff, so do not be fool. I am giving honest review here to help other people to avoid this hotel and not to make the mistake i made. Mohamed S Massaquoi

Most terrifying room I have ever slept in. Blood staines, yellow mystery staines and puke staines everywhere. One horrible shower and toilet for the whole floor, which I have to say was as bad as the room. I would rather sleep on the street than going back there.

Gefallen hat uns ehrlich gesagt gar nichts nicht an dem Hotel, da wir direkt am ersten Abend auf beiden Zimmern ungewünschte Gäste in Form von Mäusen hatten! Als wir die Rezeption darauf angesprochen hatten, wusste man angeblich nichts von den Mäusefallen unter den Betten! Weiter ging es mit Schimmel im Bad sowie den nicht reinen Zimmer, Löchern in der Wand, dreckigen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sowie einem Hotel-Management, das 0,0% an einer Klärung der äußerst unangenehmen Situation interessiert ist. Auch auf mehrfache telefonische Nachfrage sowie per Mail gab es keinerlei Antwort oder gar Entschuldigung! Der Chef ist nie erreichbar und die Angestellten machen nur leere Versprechungen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt daher bereits nach 1 von 3 Nächten abgebrochen, da nicht mehr an Urlaub zu denken war! Hier sollte mal das Ordnungsamt vorbeischauen und für hygienische Zustände sorgen.
